China is currently the world's largest tobacco producer and consumer,producing and consuming 1/3 of the world's cigarettes.As a rising star in cigarettes,shaped cigarettes are deeply loved by consumers due to their diverse flavors and unique appearance,which sales are also in a blowout trend.Due to the different sizes of shaped cigarettes,it is impossible to realize automatic sorting and packaging like standard cigarettes.In order to improve the efficiency of sorting and packaging of shaped cigarettes,some companies and scientific researchers have rushed to carry out relevant exploratory experiments and trial production,and the semi-automatic and automatic sorting and packaging of special-shaped cigarettes have been initially realized.This article takes a typical tobacco distribution packaging system developed by an enterprise in the tobacco logistics distribution industry as a research object,and analyzes some of its existing problems,optimizing and designing an efficient,flexible,stable and reliable packaging system.Firstly,introduce the composition and working principle of the research object and analyse some of its problems.Then,for the problem of low service life of the fan impeller shaft,Abaqus and Solidworks are used to conduct joint simulation analysis of the thermalmechanical sequential coupling of the impeller shaft.According to the simulation results,optimize its mechanical structure,and perform modal analysis on the optimized structure,and finally apply it to practice to test the effect.Secondly,aiming at the problem of low stacking efficiency,a new end grasping mechanism of manipulator--flexible suction cup is designed,and design a palletizing control system based on flexible suction cup.Finally,built a physical platform according to the design requirements,and test the effect of palletizing.Finally,because of the low control precision of the designed flexible suction cup control system,A control algorithm for the parabolic speed curve of the stepper motor is designed for the stepper motor driving the flexible suction cup,and put forward a discrete algorithm for the parabolic velocity curve,and simulate its feasibility through the Simulink of Matlab.Finally,test the effect of palletizing after programing the control algorithm into the builted palletizing control system,which is based on flexible suction cups.
