| The occurrence of coal and gas outburst is mostly sudden,with poor predictability.The existing conditions can not fundamentally avoid the occurrence of outburst accidents.Only about10% of the people died directly in the outburst accident,and about 90% of them died because of suffocation,coal burial and object extrusion within one or several hours after the outburst.At present,there is a lack of intelligent and efficient individual emergency avoidance device.According to the mode of highlighting the casualties at the scene of the accident,the psychological and physiological conditions of miners were analyzed,based on the technology of air bag vest and automatic isolated compressed oxygen self rescuer,the air bag model of oxygen supply type is designed.And simulate the underground conditions of coal mine,do the air bag function experiment and automatic oxygen supply function experiment,verify the reliability of oxygen supply air bag function.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of recent accident casualty cases and interviews with outstanding accident survivors,the distribution characteristics of outstanding disaster causing energy and the psychological and physiological changes of site personnel are studied,and the casualty mode of outstanding accident site personnel is obtained.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the existing safety devices,including automobile air bag,skiing air bag,motorcycle air bag,compressed oxygen self rescuer,automatic isolated compressed oxygen self rescuer,and positioning system,combined with highlighting the casualty mode and safety requirements of the field personnel,the design is based on the technology of motorcycle air bag vest and automatic isolated compressed oxygen self rescuer The model of air bag with oxygen supply is established.The operation method,precautions and maintenance of the device are put forward.(3)The simulation experiment of air bag with oxygen supply is done,which is divided into two parts: air bag function experiment and automatic oxygen supply function experiment.Compared with the reliability of air bag and the starting time of compressed oxygen self rescuer,the results are as follows: on the basis of correct installation of air bag device,no injury will be caused,and the reliability reaches the target;there are two kinds of starting of automatic oxygen supply device Methods are automatic start and semi-automatic start.Without considering the panicpsychology of the miners in distress,the two start-up methods take about 120 seconds less than the traditional compressed oxygen self rescuer,of which the automatic start-up time is the shortest,followed by the semi-automatic start-up. |
