In the era of knowledge economy,market competition is increasingly manifested as the competition of talents,and human resource is the first resource of enterprises.For the enterprise,the personnel stability is relative and dynamic,the reasonable mobility of the enterprise staff can inject new vitality into the enterprise.However,once reasonable mobility evolves into continuous loss,it will bring greater pressure to enterprises.On the one hand,normal production and operation activities will be disrupted or even unable to proceed,and on the other hand,it will have a great impact on the morale of active employees.It leads to a lack of enthusiasm and enthusiasm in the workforce.In recent years,Bell Chemical Company has been affected by various factors,the phenomenon of staff turnover is serious,which seriously restricts the development of the company,affecting the normal operation of the company.How to reduce the loss of staff has become the urgent problem that Bell Company wants to solve.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the analysis and countermeasure research on the staff turnover of Bell Chemical Company in order to stabilize the talent team and promote the sustainable development of the company.Based on the theory of two factors,fairness,demand level and so on,this paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to study the employee turnover of Bell Chemical Company.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in Bell Chemical Company by referring to the domestic and foreign literature and related theories,and points out that the staff turnover will increase the operating costs of the company,destroy the interpersonal relationship of the company,and damage the image of the company.Weakens the enterpriseundefineds core competitiveness,causes the company customer loss and so on the negative influence.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the reasons of employee loss in Bell Chemical Company are summarized:unreasonable salary and welfare setting,unscientific performance appraisal system,imperfect employee training system,lack of career planning and backward management concept.The construction of enterprise culture is backward.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the staff loss of Bell Chemical Company:set up the people-oriented management concept,perfect the staff incentive mechanism and career planning,perfect the company salary incentive system,establish a sound performance appraisal system,and set up a sound performance appraisal system.We will strengthen the construction of corporate culture.Key words:incentive mechanism of enterprise culture for employee turnover career planning in Bell CompanyThis paper finds out the root cause of employee turnover in Bell Chemical Company through relevant research,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures,hoping to improve the level of human resource management and reduce the turnover rate of staff in Bell Chemical Company,so as to enhance the sustainable development ability of Bell Chemical Company.At the same time,I hope to provide some reference and reference for similar enterprises.
