Oil is the blood of a country's economic development,it affects the economy every minute of every day.Under the environment of modern rapid development of market economy,oil plays an important role as a strategic material in the rapid development of our country's economic system.Oil enterprises must strengthen their own cost management if they want to survive and develop,recognize the shortcomings of their own management,actively explore and learn advanced cost management ideas,take effective measures to reduce product production costs,and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Capturing a place in a huge market and ultimately maximizing the benefits.Based on the background of S oilfield development enterprises,this paper uses the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,quantitative and qualitative combination,Taking the S oil field as the research object,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant theories of cost management performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current cost management situation of S oil field,and puts forward the shortcomings of cost management in S oil field enterprises,and takes this as the theoretical basis.Proposes a set of five aspects including cost management environment,cost management goals,control activities,information and communication,and internal oversight,including 30 secondary evaluation indicators.he final selection of 17 secondary indicators by means of questionnaire constitutes the cost management performance evaluation index system;Using AHP to assign weight to this index system,and using grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the cost management of S oil field from 2016 to 2018,The results show that the cost management of the company has shown an upward trend over the past three years.All aspects have improved,but there is still room for improvement in controlling costs,information communication,and independent evaluation.Finally,through the conclusion analysis of performance evaluation,the author puts forward the idea of strengthening cost management and distributing human resources rationally.Increased investment in advanced technology updates;System information system management system,and strictly implement;We will strengthen accountability for evaluation,improve job responsibility systems,and ensure accountability for weak implementation of the system in accordance with the rules and regulations.
