Research On The Improvement Of Warehouse Management Of BK Pharmaceutical Finished Product Warehouse

With the deepening reform of the veterinary medicine industry,BK Pharmaceuticals as a veterinary medicine enterprise integrating R&D,production and sales,keeps increasing its sales orders and presents a rising situation on the whole.however,with the increase of business volume,warehouse materials also keeps growing,and the cost of warehousing operations,manpower,space,equipment and materials keeps increasing,which has seriously restricted the benign development of the company,and the optimization of the warehouse management system is imminent.This paper takes the finished product warehouse of BK Pharmaceutical as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the status quo of its warehouse management,including the warehouse layout of the finished product warehouse,the operation process management,the status of facilities and equipment,and the efficiency of the operators.Based on the analysis of the current situation,the existing problems in the warehouse management of BK pharmaceutical finished product warehouse management are extracted,and the ABC analysis method,the chart analysis method and the related warehouse management theory are applied to optimize the design of the BK pharmaceutical finished goods inventory and put forward the improvement plan.In order to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme,we have further established relevant safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved program.Based on the combinations of theory and practice,this paper focuses on the targeted improvement of BK Pharmaceutical's warehousing management method,especially through ABC classification,which guarantees the category management of inventory medicines,optimizes warehouse layout and location.Using chart analysis method to optimize the management process and improve the work efficiency of the operators;At the same time,by increasing employee training,improving the professional quality of employees,and using the corresponding incentive mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of the improvement program.
