In the process of fluorite ore dressing,concentrated sulfuric acid and industrial water glass are often required to act as inhibitors of SiO2-fluorite ore strictly in accordance with the proportion of acidified water glass solution.The preparation method of acidified water glass solution is usually manual preparation,the use process of sulfuric acid is not safe,the labor intensity of workers is large and the proportion is not accurate,and the error is large,which makes the subsequent mineral processing process affected.According to the investigation on the spot,combined with modern automatic control technology,it is proposed to realize the process of raw material measurement by means of weighing and measuring flow.Meanwhile,the volume calculation of weighing barrel and batching barrel and the equipment input are completed.The combination of PID closed loop control and fuzzy control is adopted to form a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller to monitor the output of control parameters,adjust the PID parameters in real time,make the PID controller adapt to the change of demand of controlled object,and improve the proportion accuracy of acidified water glass solution.The solution preparation system is not required to be put into work at any time due to the influence of factors such as mineral source,amount of ore mined and grade of raw ore.Besides,the amount of ingredients varies from time to time.PLC is used for software development,and three states of production according to the requirement of production amount are set for users to choose.Adopting modular,network in the form of a complete concentrate dispensed volume number automatic calculation,upper and lower limit of temperature control,flow meter and liquid level analog ratio operation and reset,calibration of the weighing bucket,fault detection and alarm functions,such as flight lasted three dish of a continuous fluorite flotation stability test,data acquisition and comparison,the performance of the test control system.Through data recording and comparison in the process of industrial test,in the case of low grade of the selected raw ore,the acidified glass solution with high proportion accuracy is used for quartz inhibition,high grade recovery of concentrate is obtained,which provides service efficiency for fluorite flotation process,and also increases benefit for the concentrator.
