| In order to improving the accuracy and automaticity of core setter, it is necessary to design a control system of Automatic Core Setter whose controlling core is PLC.First of all, according to the characteristic of the core in horizontal molding line and the work request of Automatic Core Setter, the author designs a core setting framework and a control device of core setting which is controlled by electro-hydraulic and transducer. The device changes displacement into voltage signal, measures it, then controls the location of core up and down by considering the electro-hydraulic proportional valve as a drive and the linear displacement transducer as a proofing unit. It also uses intellective arithmetic to meet the demand of exact location.Then, aiming at the capability of PLC and the request of exact location, the device uses PLC's output interface of analog quantity to collect the voltage signal output by linear displacement transducer, and progresses closed loop control by connecting voltage signal and control amplifier. The author designs a fuzzy control list which is based on PID to progress closed loop control for the purpose to improving the locating capability of jacking system. And the usage of programmable transducer in controlling horizontal movement also improves the locating capability and predigests the structure.At last, the essay talks about the designment of control software and the use of fuzzy-PID arithmetic in PLC controlling system. The program of transducer can confirm the running speed and the slope when the core is up and down, and easily meet the demand of the horizontal movement of this controlling system. The system uses touch screen as a human-machine interface in the man-machine interaction, then the running state and process can be watched and controlled by designing a software configuration. |
