As the shortage of traditional energy sources and environmental pollution are threatening social development,therefore,fuel cells with high efficiency and pollution-free resources have received attention from all walks of life.especially the use of fuel cells in aerospace will be a major pioneering work in the domestic aerospace industry.Space fuel cell controllers are the core of fuel cells,so functional testing and evaluation of fuel cell controllers is essential.This paper first investigates the development of fuel cell controller testing at home and abroad,briefly explain the working principle of the fuel cell and introduce the fuel cell controller in detail,aiming at the problems of single function and high price of space fuel cell controller test system at home and abroad,demand analysis of test systems using object-oriented design,design patterns,and Labview and VS technologies.According to the test requirements analysis design test software architecture,and in the test system instrument control,communication,data receiving and storage,command transmission,source code display,telemetry analysis,operation cycle and inspection detection detailed design,finally,the functional verification of each functional module of the test system is carried out.According to the experimental data obtained from the test,the space fuel cell controller is comprehensively evaluated in terms of function and performance.It has realized the development of a fuel cell controller test system with friendly interface,perfect function and low price,and evaluates the controller.The space fuel cell controller test system provides an important reference for the future domestic fuel cell controller test field,and also enables the future fuel cell controller test system to be better internationalized.
