The Organizational Structure Of Guangdong WLM Company Was Optimized

Guangdong WLM Company is currently in the state of scale expansion,and the internal and external environment of enterprises is also in dynamic change with the change of China’s economic situation.The fierce market competition requires WLM to improve its management efficiency and establish an efficient and scientific organizational management system.However,the existing organizational structure of the company has some serious problems: the overlapping of department functions,the lack of important functional departments,the lack of communication between departments and so on,which have a great impact on the operation of the company and hinder the further development of the company.In this paper,the author,based on the existing organizational structure of WLM Company,investigates and analyzes the existing problems by combining with the understanding of the operation and management of WLM Company for many years.Finally,the concrete optimization scheme and its supporting measures are put forward in order to help improve the management efficiency of the company.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)this paper makes a comprehensive study and analysis on the existing organizational structure of WLM Company by using the methods of interview,literature analysis,comparative induction,logic analysis and other scientific research methods.The author thinks that there are some problems such as lack of important functional departments,overlapping functions of some departments,lack of communication between departments,difficulty of cooperation,confusion of organization and management level,unclear management system,and so on,and from the aspects of corporate culture,enterprise scale,etc.The causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of enterprise life cycle and business environment.(2)after the analysis of the existing organizational structure of WLM Company and its causes,this paper makes a pen.Based on the company’s current operating environment and organizational strategy,the author redesigns its organizational structure and forms the optimization scheme of the company’s organizational structure.Under the control of the theory of organizational structure and the principles of organizational structure design,a specific optimization scheme has been formed.(3)in order to promote the implementation of the organizational structure optimization scheme of WLM Company,the author aims at the existing situation of the company.Put forward a series of safeguard measures,including corporate culture,enterprise management system,leadership and communication,etc.(4)in order to ensure the rationality and perfection of the optimization scheme,the author evaluated the plan and adopted the company leaders and staff suggestions.The reasonable suggestions and opinions are given,and the optimization scheme is modified.The final evaluation results show that the expected effect of the optimization scheme is good.
