| With the progress and development of oil drilling technology,the scope of China’s drilling market is expanding and will soon be in line with the oil drilling industry,this phenomenon puts forward new requirements for high quality drilling in china.High quality drilling is a complex and multivariable process,which is also dynamic.There are many factors that affect drilling speed,bit wear rate,drilling cost and quality,and each factor affects and restricts each other.If the bit rate is increased,it will increase the bit wear and reduce the life of the bit.On the basis of previous research results,we select an appropriate model by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various drilling efficiency index models,then build a bit grading coefficient formula which is combined with the compressive strength of the rock.By means of normalization,the bit grading coefficient is calculated quantitatively by using the measured data of the bit grading coefficient of adjacent wells and the data obtained from well logging.In the calculation,the rotary speed,the weight on bit,the drilling speed,the torque and the drill bit size are combined.The bit grading coefficient can be used to monitor the wear condition of the drill bit and analyze when to change it,which ensures a certain drilling speed,at the same time,achieves the optimal working state to reduce drilling costs and guide drilling operations In order to verify the correctness of the results,the data of three adjacent wells in Karamay is analyzed in this paper.The results show that the predicted values of bit grading coefficient are basically the same as actual value,which shows that the real-time monitoring of bit wear is feasible.On the basis of this,the software is developed,which has a certain practicality. |
