Negative symptoms of schizophrenia as a mental disease seriously affect the normal life of the patient.At present,the mechanism of this disease has not been specifically studied,and there is no effective therapeutic drug on the market.Resveratrol is widely found in nature.In this study,we used animal behavior and animal metabolic component analysis to confirm the potential therapeutic effect of resveratrol on negative sympotoms of schizophrenia.The results showed that resveratrol can significantly restore the social behavior of mice with social disorders and increase the time and frequency of social behavior in mice.And by analyzing metabolites of mouse brain tissue,we provided possible metabolic markers in the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and demonstrated that resveratrol is a potentially important therapeutic agent that can be used to improve the social disorders of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Based on the use of natural substances,we also explored the application of Mycobacterium tuberculosis combined with liposomes in anti-tumor applications.Compared with other nano drug-delivery systems,liposomes have many unique physical,chemical properties,and good biocompatibility,especially they have similar structure with cell membrane,so liposomes are widely used as biomedical materials.Many liposomes have even been clinically approved and considered as promising biological materials.In recent years,because of the defects of the EPR effect,the active targeting of nano drug-delivery systems have received increasing attention.How to successfully use the targeting group to help the anti-tumor drug delivery systems accurately target the sites of action becomes the focus of academic researches now.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)had been considered to be tumor-immune.But TAMs have been re-recognized in recent years to have many unique features,including assisting tumor cell growth and spread,targeting tumor tissue hypoxic regions and pre-diffusion regions.Therefore,TAMs are considered to be excellent carrier of nanomedicine.In this paper,Bateroides-like liposome which can significantly inhibit the digestive function of primary macrophages were prepared by inserting bacterial fragments of Mycobacterium tuberculosis into the bilayer of cationic liposome,and verified its functions by laser confocal microscopy.It was found that the liposome can significantly inhibit the digestive function of the primary macrophage,and can exist in the macrophage stably with the phagosome-encapsulated form for up to 72 hours until the macrophage bursts.Moreover,the released liposomes can continue to be phagocytized by other macrophages,further inhibiting other macrophages.We used the orthogonal method of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time to explore the optimal condition for the disruption of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and the method of co-stirring was used to insert the bacterial fragments into the bilayer of cationic liposome.The size of prepared Bateroides-like liposome is between 90-120 nm,the load rate of Bacillus debris is about 9.28%.It showed that significant inhibition of digestive function of the macrophages in vitro.And even Bateroides-like liposome @ DOX did not cause the death of macrophage which showed the significant stability.
