| The waistband is an important material for the ancient Chinese.It was found in the Bronze Protection Project of the Ili Prefecture Museum.It was originally named as a bronze belt.In the Tang Dynasty,the number of silverware artifacts,especially the archaeological silver belts,was less than that of the gold belts.The Tang Dynasty officially stipulated that the five-product officials could use the silver belts,and the lion-shaped belts were rare in the archaeological excavations in the Central Plains.The lion-grain belts unearthed from the Wudi Mausoleum and Hejia Village are comparative standards,indicating that the belts of the Yili area should have important historical value.In addition to the historical value,the enamel gold and silver belt has a high scientific and technological value.Therefore,the composition and production process of the group of gold and silver belts are selected as the research content of this paper.In this paper,the traces of the process are made by microscopic observation.The traces include: vane casting process traces,welding process traces,sheet metal process traces,etc.;scientific component testing includes: surface sheet metal composition,silver belt body composition,copper button composition and so on.The research shows that the enamel gold and silver belts are formed by the vane casting process,and the copper buttons are fixed by welding and the surface is decorated with gold.The silver belt has a high copper content,a silver to copper ratio of 5:5 to 6:4,and other containers,arrows,foaming nails and other silverware with better mechanical properties and wear resistance.The silver content is only slightly higher than the copper content,so that the body color of the waistband is pale white of silver,which also satisfies the user's requirements for the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the belt,reflecting the ancient artisans' perception of the performance of the silver-copper alloy.Proficiency. |
