Linen textiles are environmentally friendly and antibacterial,and are deeply loved by consumers.They are the darlings of the international market.However,the lack of linen spinning technology in China has restricted the linen textile,which makes the quality of linen textiles in China low and difficult to enter the high-end market.In order to meet the world and meet the increasing demands of consumers for linen fabrics,more time and effort must be devoted to in-depth research and innovation in all aspects of linen textile production.This paper studies the main problems in the traditional spinning process of linen.Starting from several key aspects of raw material selection,yarn structure,spinning process and spinning machine drafting mechanism,the traditional spinning process has been thoroughly analyzed and improved.The influence of raw material index on yarn index was analyzed.New structural yarns were designed and their production processes were studied.Innovative and conceptual design of the drafting mechanism of the spinning frame was carried out in combination with the actual production.It makes it better to meet the needs of linen wet spinning.This paper analyzes the relationship between raw material quality indicators and uses MATLAB software to perform partial least squares regression analysis to establish the relationship between raw material quality indicators and yarn quality indicators.It is concluded that in order to ensure that the strength of the yarn reaches the standard,it should be selected to produce a material with high breaking strength,moderate CV value,moderate length and slightly lower moisture regain.In order to ensure that the CV of the yarn reaches the standard,raw materials with a moderate splitting degree,moderate breaking strength,moderate CV and long length should be selected.In this paper,the structure of the yarn is studied.Based on the structure of the island fiber,a yarn with a release structure is proposed.There is a gap between the fibers in the yarn,and the yarn is soft to the touch.A new spinning process was developed for the new structural yarns,namely the spinning and spinning process.This process allows the roving to ensure strength and dryness when spinning the spun yarn.The yarn breakage rate was reduced by 86.7%,and the time for a doffing was reduced by 9%.And the strength and the stem of the yarn have reached the requirements of the first-class products.In addition,the process can simultaneously carry out the boiling and dyeing of the bobbins,reducing a drying process,saving time and cost.This paper carries out conceptual design of the drafting mechanism.The front and rear roller pairs are changed from two rollers to three rollers to form a character-shaped grip,which strengthens the control of the roving requirements.The position of the rear roller can be adjusted,so that the range of the drafting distance becomes larger,and the material can be better adapted.The plastic bushing is replaced by a waterproof sealed bearing(stainless steel),which prevents the bearing gap from entering the mud and prevents the bushing from being worn,which provides a guarantee for the normal operation of the roller.This paper develops a common plain weave based on new structural yarns.Tests show that the touch style of the product is obviously better than the traditional spinning fabric of the same specification.The fabric feels smoother,softer and fuller,and is more suitable for bedding and fabric.
