Research On The Characteristics And Path Of China's Ecological Civilization System Construction In The New Era

The construction of ecological civilization system is an important task to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.It has been gradually formed and improved by the CPC central committee with Xi jinping as the core in solving outstanding ecological,resource and environmental problems and promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.The construction of ecological civilization system provides institutional guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization,which is of great importance to the historic achievement and transformation of China’s ecological civilization construction.At present,China’s ecological civilization construction is in the critical period of "three periods",which urgently needs to improve and perfect the system of ecological civilization,and promote the construction of China’s ecological civilization to a higher level.The first part of this paper introduces the research background and significance of the system construction of ecological civilization,analyzes the research status of the system construction of ecological civilization at home and abroad from the aspects of the connotation,urgency,necessity,logical construction,implementation dilemma and path optimization of the system construction of ecological civilization,and finally puts forward the research ideas and methods in China in the new era.The second part elaborates the background of the construction of ecological civilization system and the source of theory in China in the new era.The third part systematically introduces the guiding ideology,global objectives,logical construction and basic characteristics of the system construction of ecological civilization in China in the new era.The fourth part,according to the implementation dilemma of ecological civilization system construction in laws and regulations,management system mechanism,market mechanism,social participation mechanism and other aspects,it emphasizes that reform should be taken as the driving force to accelerate system innovation and promote the optimization of the path of ecological civilization system construction.
