The Practice And Application Of Born-out Technique In The Series Of Works Of "Eight Words In Lacquer"

Modern bodiless lacquerware technology was derived from the improvement of material and production technology on the basis of "jamming" in Han Dynasty.Shen Shaoan,a famous lacquer artist in the Qing Dynasty,and his descendants used sackcloth and old cotton cloth instead of expensive silk as mounting materials.After several generations of efforts,the bodiless technology has been improved in the aspects of fetal bones,shape and so onAs a traditional handicraft in China,lacquer art has high value of art and craft.However,this traditional art has met with development problems in the contemporary era,especially in the innovation of materials and technology.Due to the cumbersome production process and the time-consuming,more and more people are far away from this traditional craft.In the ever-changing social development,this traditional rebirth technology needs to show its new face.When inheriting the traditional technology and spirit,there is reason for innovation and change,so that it can better adapt to the needs of the times and culture.During my undergraduate and postgraduate studies,I visited many bodiless lacquer workshops in Jiangsu and Fujian,summarized and exchanged theoretical experience with lacquer artists,and combined with their own creative practice,looked for innovative perspective to study.In the process of continuous research and many practices,it is found that Extrusion board has unique advantages in the production of matrix,and practical exploration has been carried out.It is concluded that Extrusion board can improve the efficiency in the process of tire removal,and to some extent can replace traditional clay,gypsum and other materials.The author tries to find a balance between aesthetics and practicability by repeatedly practicing and experimenting with the types,colors and decoration techniques of bodiless lacquerware,so that bodiless lacquerware can be widely used in daily life,and the traditional bodiless lacquerware can be revitalized in modern society.
