The river chief system is a major measure on environmental issues.In essence,under the current economic development conditions,it still belongs to the problem of water environment strength.Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of the level of productivity,the pollution of water resources has become more and more serious,and the quality of the global water environment has dropped significantly.In order to find a solution to the problem of water pollution and to achieve optimal management of water quality,the theory of water environment capacity came into being.On the one hand,it is a definition of environmental science and a key application in the field of environmental management.Therefore,objective accounting and system analysis of the water environment capacity of an area is essential.This research has fully collected and used all kinds of professional basic materials provided by the provincial river long office,the water bureau and the environmental protection bureau.With the help of hydrological and water quality monitoring data,the water environment of the Songjiang River main stream in the eastern part of the Yangtze River will be analyzed in a relatively in-depth and scientific evaluation,so as to stand on an objective point of view,aiming at the quality of the water environment in this area.Develop trends and make systematic and reasonable estimates.Based on this,the research and calculation of water environment capacity in the region will be carried out,and a scientific and comprehensive pollutant control plan will be formulated to effectively solve the water environment problems existing in this region,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of the water ecological environment along the Songhua River,which is comprehensive for the economy and society.Development provides protectiont.
