In recent years,with the emergence of new materials and the increasing use of plastic products in electronics,medical and military fields,the requirements of plastic products in various fields of application are also getting higher and higher.Traditional injection molding equipment in the production process there are various problems,the new plastic injection system is aimed at the existing shortcomings of injection molding equipment.Compared with the traditional injection molding equipment,the new glue injection system uses the Weissenberg effect of non-Newtonian fluid to automatically discharge the hot melt glue,and has the advantages of low cost,small volume and high efficiency,therefore,it is of great significance to design a new type of glue injection system.Firstly,this paper deeply researches and analyzes the traditional plastic injection equipment,finds the disadvantages.Determines the system function,proposes the design requirements,determines the design scheme of the plastic injection system according to the design requirements,and then establishes the heat transfer model of the melting unit.The temperature distribution inside the unit is analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the design of the melting unit.Next,a finite element model of the melting unit is established.For the problem of hot melt adhesive blocking,a cooling system is introduced on the basis of the original model,and the optimal design parameters are obtained by analyzing and comparing the simulation results;Design injection system,including all parts of the workpiece design,the selection of standard parts,the design of system control software,and complete the system assembly and debugging.The design of a new injection system is completed,and the prototype of the injection system is finally obtained.The relevant tests are carried out on the prototype.The test results show that the output of the system is stable and the temperature curve basically agrees with the simulation results,High product quality,the design of the injection system to achieve the desired design requirements.The device can achieve sustainable production,with the advantages of high production efficiency,high product accuracy,stable performance,simple operation,etc.With the increasing production requirements,injection system has high value and application prospect.
