LPG(Liquefied petroleum gas)sweetening Plant in oil refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Company currently adopts the recycling process of fiber membrane Alkaline washing extraction and non-purification air oxidation.With the rising of processing proportion in crude oil with high sulfur and improvement of liquefied gas yield and comprehensive utilization rate,emissions of residue,waste water,waste gas and so on from LPG sweetening increased substantially,which result in lots of pressure on environment protection and increase of operation cost.After Collecting operation information of liquid hydrocarbons sweetening unit from partial refinery and analyzing factors of energy saving and emission reduction of the production process,we proposed the implementation way,namely through the whole optimization of sweetening process,including the use of fiber film sweetening process to improve the the mass transfer efficiency and separation efficiency of sweetening process,the control of entrainment of raw material liquefaction gas amine liquid to avoid the pollution of lye,technological innovation of lye regeneration unit,to control disulfides content in regenerated lye to Prolong the service cycle of catalyst and alkali.It can reduce the emission of alkaline residue by more than 75%,as well as reduce the energy consumption of the device to achieve maximum benefit,and provide guidance in the future operation of device optimization,also experience for transformation of similar device in domestic.
