As one of the main transportation methods of oil and natural gas, pipeline transportation has a very important position in energy transportation. At the same time,as an important support for the national economy, pipeline transportation has become an important part of national strategic engineering construction. After the construction of a large number of buried oil and gas pipelines, the external conditions will inevitably change due to the influence of the natural factors and human factors of the pipelines passing through the region during operation. For example, unreasonable heaping up of soil near the pipeline is very common, and the earthwork is bound to cause Deformation and stress changes occur in the pipeline. When the stress and deformation exceed the acceptable range of the pipeline, the pipeline will be damaged or even cause accidents, resulting in loss of people's lives and property and the destruction of the environment. Therefore, the study of the effect of surrounding soil on the stress of buried oil and gas pipelines and the application of early-warning safety measures have very important guiding and practical values for safeguarding the operational safety of oil and gas pipelines. In this paper, the stress and deformation of buried oil and gas pipelines under the action of surrounding soil are analyzed. The influencing factors of the main stress of buried oil and gas pipelines under the action of the soil are analyzed using the three-dimensional numerical simulation software ABAQUS,and the sensitivity analysis method is used to obtain the The degree of influence of various factors on the stress of the pipeline, and then obtained a safe and rapid warning method for buried oil and gas pipelines under the action of surrounding soil, and through field tests to verify the example of early warning methods, obtained the following points:(1)The influence of the carrier on the buried gas pipeline is summarized by an example system. The characteristics of the gas pipeline under the load condition are analyzed, including the deformation of the foundation, the pressure of the soil around the tube and the influencing factors. The surface stress and deformation of the pipeline showed obvious regularity.(2)The feasibility of numerical simulation is verified by comparing the field test with the numerical simulation. The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the model of the pipe and the foundation under the load.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the gas pipeline under the load. The effects of stacking distance, stacking height, pipeline depth and Poisson's ratio on the different degrees of gas pipeline are pointed out. With the increase of stacking distance, the height of pile, the depth of pipeline and the increase of Poisson's ratio,The surface stress of the pipeline gradually(3)Through the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors of the buried oil and gas pipelines under the effect of the soil,it is considered that the Poisson's ratio has the greatest effect on the surface stress of the pipeline, followed by the depth of the pipeline, the spacing of the soil and the height of the soil.(4)The relationship between the additional stress of buried pipelines and the influencing factors was analyzed, and the relationship between them was obtained. The safety and early-warning methods and related indicators of buried oil and gas pipelines under the effect of surrounding soil were obtained.(5)Combining with the example of the soil safety of the C line, the reliability of the rapid warning method for buried oil and gas pipelines under the effect of surrounding soil was fully verified.(6)Based on the risk of buried oil and gas pipelines under the influence of surrounding soil, relevant protection measures have been studied and proposed, which provide important references for improving the safety of oil and gas pipelines.
