Research On Project Quality Management Of Artificial Lift Technology For J Oilfield A Platform

With oil production flowing period has ended,Jinzhou 25-1 South oilfield A platform facing the transformation of mode of production.At present,oil is flowing,electric pump and gas lift combined with high gas oil is larger than the impact of the characteristics of electric submersible pump,easy to produce gas lock and other issues,some wells exist unstable production conditions in the production process.In order to ensure the stability and development of the block,the need to transform the original ways of lifting the flowing period.In order to ensure the quality of the technical research projects and ensure the lifting effect,the quality management of the artificial lifting technology projects in the oil field is needed.From the angle of artificial lift quality,this paper sorts out the factors affecting the quality management of artificial lift technology,including the selection of lifting technology itself,personnel quality factors,equipment quality factors,environmental quality and link quality elements.Specifically,the artificial lift technology project of A platform in the 25-1 South oil field of Jinzhou is analyzed.The quality management status of A platform in J oil field is analyzed,and the whole project is divided into the ground gas distribution stage,the process parameter and the diagnosis stage,and the field test stage.On the ground gas phase,the design of gas lift test,expansion test and scale transformation scheme of gas lift gas lift;process parameters and design parameters for diagnosis,clear standards and diagnostic techniques;in the field test stage,to ensure the quality of the field test from the ground system of process quality,work quality,safe operation the quality inspection and quality of these four aspects.
