Employees are the premise of the existence of the enterprise,and the development of the enterprise can not be separated from the efforts of the staff.With the continuous development of the enterprise system in China,more and more enterprises appear,which also makes the talent have more job selection,which also makes the enterprise have to consider how to avoid the loss of talent.In some large enterprises,various methods will be used to retain employees,such as improving employees' welfare and increasing employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise.This also makes the related scholars begin to pay attention to the problem of the loss of employees,so as to carry out research on this aspect and achieve certain results.In the enterprise,the employee is the middle force of the enterprise,and the loss of the employee will bring some bad influence,such as the reduction of the production or service ability,the leakage of the confidential information of the enterprise,the damage of the image of the enterprise and so on,and the bad consequences of the employee turnover.SG company,the research object of this paper,is a state-owned enterprise,whose main business is engineering technology support,involved in the oil industry,and the internal staff turnover has made the development of the enterprise affected.In this paper,the research process of SG company mainly adopts the method of investigation and analysis.Through the investigation and analysis of the problem of employee turnover in SG company,it studies the existing problems,from the satisfaction degree of the employees to the working environment of the company,the degree of satisfaction to the management and the coordination of the team work.The evaluation of the company's career planning and other aspects of the company's position,so as to fully and concretely discover the opinions expressed by the employees of SG company in the management,environment and career planning of the company.In the course of the investigation,we found that the turnover of SG company has the following characteristics:One is the diversity of reasons.Before SG employees leave the company,management will listen to employees' opinions and give employees a turnover talk.The reasons for the departure of employees from SG companies are pluralistic,not only in the reasons of the employees leaving the company,but also in the positions of the employees who are leaving the company,which is due to the separation of employees in the SG public.Different levels of different positions in the Department.The two is the similarity of employees' opinion on enterprise evaluation.In the process of investigating the employees of SG company,they found that their environment,work safety and team collaboration of SG company,and the company's job planning evaluation of the company,were given a lower score.The similarity of the score also reflected the actual situation of SG company to some extent.Based on this,in this study,it is mainly based on the enterprise culture,employee career planning and work environment and security to carry out corresponding research,and put forward the corresponding solutions to these aspects.
