| Since the 21st century,the manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.As a base of manufacturing industry,Numerical Control Puncher became more and more important.In recent years,China has made great progress in the rapid improvement of Numerical Control Puncher.As all kinds of advanced technology,a large number of foreign high performance Numerical Control Puncher have sprung up in the market,China’s Numerical Control Puncher is less competitive than its foreign counterparts.the machine has been broken because of various reasons,Reliability levels need to be upgraded.In this paper,the HPH-3048 is selected as the object.Firstly,failure data of the HPH-3048 has been collected.We do eight analysis of the failure data:The Analysis of failure mode,the Analysis of the cause of failure,the analysis of failure time,the analysis of fault location,the analysis of the fault system,the analysis of fault source,the analysis of failure nature,the analysis of fault reason stage.After that,the analysis failure mode and reason were found out,the source of the fault was clarified,and the stage of failure was clarified.Numerical Control Puncher is a complicated and highly automated system.We have to divide the Numerical Control Puncher into multiple sub-systems in order to accurate analysis,find weak links and put forward safeguards.The system is divided into the fuselage,turret parts,beam parts,hydraulic system and electrical system.Through the fault tree analysis of each subsystem,we get the causes and ways of failure by analyzing.According to the analysis results,the improvement measures are put forward. |
