| In modern open pit mining, mining, loading and transportation equipment is an important support and a strong guarantee for the production capacity of the mine. From the viewpoint of system engineering, the equipment of the normal production system of the open pit mine is an organic whole. In the operation of the equipment system, the mining enterprises have to face the random, all kinds of faults of the functional components of the equipment. In the normal operation of the equipment system of equipment fault is negative, and the faults show wide and random, so the control system of equipment fault analysis problem is a typical system.Based on the theory and method of reliability theory, this paper analyzes the application of FMECA and FTA in every level of equipment system failure by using the actual statistics of the equipment fault management in an open pit mine.From the point of view of equipment failure analysis, to find out the problems in equipment management, in order to put forward the countermeasures to improve the overall function of the equipment system.Equipment failure is a random event, resulting in the failure of equipment, the impact of factors also has uncertainty, which gives the equipment management has brought great difficulties,so in this paper, the three most important equipment in the mine production system drilling rig, excavator, car fault control problem for the study, attempt to analyze the status of equipment failure, the factors that can be changed into the factors that can be determined, to change the state of the device into a state that can be controlled, risk control of equipment failure at acceptable levels, in order to achieve the best equipment fault control status.According to the production and use of equipment records, maintenance records as the basis for the data,applying reliability analysis method, the failure of equipment and the risk control measures are studied., completion of the study include:analysis of equipment reliability characteristic quantity; with the aid of Isograph reliability analysis software, FMECA and FTA analysis were done to the equipment; Isograph analysis software is used to analyse the equipment state of the markov analysis. Through the above research, equipment of uncertain fault state into fault state can be determined, by the original state of uncontrolled into state can be controlled, For enterprises to improve the efficiency of the use of equipment and the rational allocation of equipment, to develop a reasonable equipment management system to provide technical support. The research results of this paper are as follows:(1) Through the comparison research of equipment production and maintenance data and actual production capacity analysis, determine the reliability characteristic quantity distribution and equipment utilization efficiency, a basic understanding of the reliability of equipment.(2) Through FMECA analysis and FTA analysis, the equipment with the highest failure rate of the three devices was obtained, fault information associated with the three devices, determines the equipment damage degree, high failure rate, severe degree of the needs of key management maintenance or replacement of components, and gives the control measures of the failure of these components and preventive maintenance.(3) Through the analysis of Markoff, equipment after a certain period of time, by maintenance, the availability of equipment will remain stable. Through the simulation analysis, identify factors lead to the influence of the state transition of the degree of change of equipment effectiveness, control equipment failure rate and maintenance rate of equipment can improve the reliability of the equipment.(4) Through the application of Isograph software, it shows the feasibility of applying this software to the mine field. |
