Cephalosporins are widely used clinically due to their strong antibacterial activity,low toxicity,high efficacy,and less allergic reaction than penicillin.The production of cephalosporin pharmaceutical intermediates mainly uses chemical synthesis for the production of intermediates and APIs.Therefore,the resulting synthetic wastewater is characterized by high COD,high salt content,high organic solvent content,and complex components.At present,the traditional treatment process has its advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions,and generally requires several methods to form a treatment system in order to achieve the desired treatment effect.The active ester wastewater is desalinated using the two-effect evaporation,three-effect evaporation and "extraction + two-effect evaporation" combined process,and the salt in the wastewater is concentrated to a saturated state by evaporation and concentration,and then centrifuged to obtain the by-product salt;The produced concentrated liquid is adsorbed by activated carbon and then enters the evaporation and desalination system as raw water.After the steam generated in the evaporation process is distilled,it is distilled and enters the biochemical treatment of the sewage station.Combined with the problems in the operation of the existing sewage station,an upgrade program was simulated in the laboratory,that is,the "hydrolysis acidification +oxygen + A/O" process simulated the wastewater.The results showed that the process can reduce the COD concentration from 6360.7 mg/L to 1029.3 mg/L,the ammonia concentration from 151.1 mg/L to 84 mg/L,and the removal rate was 44.4%.It meets the receiving standard of the wastewater treatment plant in the park,ie COD<2000 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen ≤ 100 mg/L,total nitrogen<120 mg/L,SS ≤ 400 mg/L,and TDS ≤6000 mg/L.The wastewater treatment station has been completed in accordance with the experimental process.At present,the average concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the effluent are 727.3 mg/L,20.6 mg/L and 86.3 mg/L respectively,the removal efficiencies were 90.5%,84%,and 57.9%,respectively,which can stably meet the interface standards of the wastewater treatment plant in the park.However,it is still necessary to continue debugging to ensure that the company’s effluent can stably meet the requirements of national,local,and industrial emission standards after the later-stage sewage discharge standards are improved.
