Design Of CNC System For Metal Welding Wire Reel Bending Machine Based On Manipulator

China is the world's largest producer of welding materials,the main circulation in terms of packing wire set includes two kinds,one is wire made of plastic and is currently the main application of domestic wire packaging items;the other is a metal wire,metal wire has no pollution,can be recycled use,however due to production technology,which is widely used at home and did not.The further research and development of metal welding wire disc manufacturing equipment is beneficial to the popularization and application of metal welding wire in welding wire packaging.According to the three-dimensional structure of plum blossom type metal wire disc,in the development of our group based on the mechanical structure of the mechanical hand cranked wire machine design,a PC machine and motion control card as the core of the metal wire wire bending CNC control system design.The control of the working process,the controlled elements and the overall control scheme are planned on the basis of the mechanical structure of the metal welding wire bending machine based on the mechanical hand.On the basis of the open control of "PC machine + motion control card",the whole electrical system is designed,including the selection and control of the stepper motor,the design of the pneumatic system,the design of the control loop of the shear mechanism and the design of the related input / output circuit.The wire plate bending machine of metal welding wire is bending through the manipulator with the mould.In this paper,the kinematic analysis of the manipulator is carried out,the motion track of the manipulator is planned and the control program of the manipulator is designed.Finally,the man-machine interface of the CNC system of the wire bending machine is designed,and a simulation experiment is carried out on the whole control process by building an experimental platform.The feasibility of the numerical control system for wire bending machine is verified.
