| With the "China made 2025" comprehensive implementation of the plan,to speed up the comprehensive upgrading of manufacturing,will be an important trend in recent years.According to statistics,the usage of metal wire in China ranks first in the world,mainly in the automotive,construction,furniture,aviation and other industries.Wire disk is a device used to store welding wire.At present,there are mainly two kinds of wire plates: one is plastic wire disk,the other is metal wire disk.Most plastic wire plates use waste plastics,which are difficult to degrade by nature and cannot be reused.With the implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law in 2017,the state has increased the punishment of pollution emissions from enterprises.Compared with plastic wire plate,metal wire plate is made of metal material,which can be reused and has no pollution to the environment.Therefore,metal wire plate will replace plastic wire plate.Metal wire bending equipment:numerical control bending hoop machine,numerical control spring bending machine,numerical control pipe bending machine,numerical control wire bending machine and so on.Most metal wire bending equipment can only carry out two-dimensional molding,3D molding mainly depends on the cooperation of human and die on the basis of two-dimensional molding,which not only time-consuming,and also with a certain risk,The three-dimensional parts are relatively simple.Plum skeleton metal wire is a metal wire in a common type of structure,it is a three-dimensional closed structure,the shape is not only complex,forming is also more trouble.Based on the development of the related bending equipment at home and abroad and the research of the previous research group,this paper designs a bending machine for the production of metal wire discs,and the following work is done:(1)In this paper,the straightening mechanism,wire feeding mechanism and shearing mechanism made by the previous task group are briefly introduced.The concrete design scheme and the working flow and principle of the CNC wire bending manipulator for metal welding wire plate are given.(2)The concrete structure of the bending wire manipulator is designed by using PRO/E 3D drawing software,including: base,lead screw assembly,slide platform,big arm,lower arm,hand assembly,bending die mechanism,etc.The type selection and check of the lead screw and slide rail are carried out.The stepper motor and cylinder are selected and calculated.(3)The forward kinematics equation and inverse kinematics equation of bent wire manipulator are calculated,and the workspace of the manipulator is solved by graphicalmethod and numerical method respectively.The results of the two methods are consistent.The rationality of structure design of metal wire bending manipulator is verified.(4)Static analysis and modal analysis of arm components of metal welding wire disk bending manipulator are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,and the structure of the forearm is optimized.When the strength is satisfied,the quality is reduced,and the structure stability of the manipulator is ensured.Safety,and provides the basis for the optimization design of other structures of metal wire disk CNC bending wire manipulator. |
