Containing chiral hydroxyl compounds is a kind of important intermediates in organic synthesis,in many medicine contain the structure of molecules and carbohydrate compounds,they are widely exist in nature.Based on nitrogen heterocyclic carving as organic small molecular catalysts,the catalytic,simple and easy benzaldehyde by a nucleophilic intermediates,again with 1,2-diol despun a kinetics reaction process,high stereoselectivity and the rate of relatively high yield of a series of compounds,such as chiral compounds in the synthesis of chiral alcohols ii medical compounds has potential application value.Traditional for this kind of chiral secondary alcohol mainly by precious metal catalytic reduction or give priority to with enzyme catalysis.And we develop with organic small molecules catalyzed by kinetic resolution method to obtain such compounds,to avoid the use of the precious metal and enzyme catalysis of oneness.In addition the mild reaction conditions of the method is simple,the universality of the substrate is strong,and the advantages of high yield and stereoselectivity,for the synthesis of chiral secondary alcohol compounds provided by the new method.
