In this paper,the Fe3Si based alloys and the alloying element of Ni,Co,Mn and V elements were prepared by mechanical alloying and vacuum sintering.By testing of X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer,Discuss the effects of the amount of alloying elements on microstructure,surface morphology,element content and magnetic properties of solid solution and alloy were analyzed.1.the effect of Ni content?2?5at.%,step=0.25?on Fe3Si based alloys was studied.By mechanical alloying,the grain size of?-Fe?Si?solid-solution was the smallest,and the grain size increased with the increase of the content of the Ni element.After vacuum sintering at 900?and 2H,it is found by XRD analysis that Fe75-XNiXSi25?2?5at.%,step=0.25?alloy has a single Fe3Si phase.The lattice constant decreases with the increase of Ni content.When the content of Ni is 5at.%,it reaches the minimum?0.565264nm?.The average grain size is the smallest?97.5nm?When the content of Ni is 3.25at.%.When the content of Ni is 2.25at.%,the saturation magnetization of the alloy is the largest?145.98emu/g?,which is 18.31%higher than that of the Fe3Si alloy,and the corresponding coercive force,remanence and the area of hysteresis loss are increased.2.Fe75-XCoXSi25?0;2?5at.%,step=0.25?was prepared and analysis the effect of Co content on Fe3Si based alloy.It is found that the increase of Co element increases the grain size of the solid solution.After the vacuum sintering,the alloy has a single Fe3Si phase and the grain size is minimum?104.2nm?When the saturation magnetization of the sample is 2.75at.%,the saturation magnetization of the sample is maximum?137.86emu/g?.The corresponding coercive force and remanence have increased.When the Co content is 5at.%,the area of hysteresis loop is the smallest and the hysteresis loss is the smallest.3.Fe75-XMnXSi25,Fe75-XVXSi25?X=3.75?18.75at.%,step=3.75?were prepared.Through XRD and VSM analysis,it was found that with the increase of the content of Mn and V,the degree of order and the saturation magnetization of the sample decreased.The corresponding coercivity and remanence have increased.The hysteresis loop area decreases first and then increases.When the Mn content is11.25at.%,the hysteresis loop area reaches the minimum?1.8 KOeˇemu/g?.When the V content is 11.25at.%,the hysteresis loop area reaches the minimum?3.2KOeˇemu/g?.
