Research On Risk Management Of Huangyan Sewage Treatment Plant Construction Project

Along with our country urbanization speed,the city number and scale increasing and expanding,continuously improve people’s living standard,city water supply is also increasing,every day to produce a large number of urban sewage,according to statistics,in 2017 China’s urban sewage emissions of 61.2 billion tons,2017-2020 urban sewage emissions will continue to maintain a 6%growth rate.Other people environmental protection consciousness is more and more strong,perfecting relevant national policies,xi President put forward the "green water castle peak is the jinshan yinshan" call,is becoming more and more high to the requirement of sewage treatment,sewage treatment at the same time further improvement in the effluent water quality standards.As a important part of the urban environmental protection,sewage treatment plant construction is indispensable,quantity is more and more,scale more and more big,more and more strict,sewerage treatment has been into the towns and villages.Sewage treatment works generally have the characteristics of high investment,complex professional technology and difficult management.Like other construction projects,sewage treatment engineering also has one-off characteristic,at the same time the whole project implementation in the whole life cycle there are many causes damage to the project,the uncertainty factors of some of these uncertainties can cause irreparable damage to the project.How about how to efficient use of funds,at the different stages of the project to the uncertainty of risk analysis and management,reduce the possibility of occurrence of a risk or risk occurs in reasonable control,ensure project goal achieved is an important proposition.In this paper,from the Angle of the EPC project general contractor nanjing municipal design institute,by studying the risk management and EPC project management related theory,combined with the engineering examples,sewage treatment plant project their own characteristics,through risk identification,risk estimate,risk evaluation,three stages of risk analysis,risk planning,risk response,risk monitoring stages of risk management,explore the main risks that exist in the whole life cycle of this project,and formulate the corresponding risk response and control measures,ensure each stage of the project and control node will go smoothly,efficiently to complete the project goals.The first chapter is the introduction chapter,which mainly introduces the background of this paper and the research results at home and abroad.Chapter ii section for related theory and method,the main definition of risk management,objectives,management processes and methods are summarized,at the same time introduce the EPC project general contracting mode of relevant definition and comparison with other traditional general contracting mode,as the study object huangyan sewage treatment plant construction engineering research laid the theoretical foundation;Third,four,chapter five mainly huangyan sewage treatment plant construction project risk analysis and management section,first of all,starting from the present situation,according to the logical order of time,from project planning,design,procurement,construction and commissioning phase at different stages,such as risk identification and assessment of this project,according to analysis out different levels of risk,formulate the corresponding risk coping strategies,at the same time system of monitoring and risk prevention.This article is based on the basic theory of risk management for the project risk has carried on the systematic analysis and management,the window is not worked out a new method of risk identification,risk assessment,but in the EPC mode of the construction of the sewage treatment plant under the circumstances of less risk theory research,through the research of huangyan sewage treatment plant construction project instance to choose the appropriate method for identification and evaluation,and the qualitative factors into quantitative analysis,after analysis of targeted management,guarantee the project goal,to reduce and prevent the huangyan help the risk in the course of the construction of sewage plant,Provide a model for the construction of related construction projects of the company and accumulate experience for similar projects.
