With the continuous development of society,people's living standard is constantly improving,people demand for life is also rising,and the garbage is increasing.The garbage put into the environment of species increases sharply,garbage composition is more complex,and the composition of landfill leachate is also more and more complex.The main pollutants in the leachate are organic matter,also known as organic waste water.Organic pollutants of wastewater can be classified into easily degradable organic pollutants and non-degradable organic pollutants according to their environmental pollution and harm.The most easily degraded organic pollutants are hydrocarbons,fats,proteins,etc.The organic pollutants that are not easily degraded are mainly phenols,benzene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Therefore,the detection of water quality has attracted more and more attention.Traditionally,organic pollutants in wastewater were detected by five day biochemical requirement and chemical oxygendemand.BOD detection methods are generally used the longer time,more complex steps,inoculation,and many factors such as dilution,and so on.The detection method of COD is mainly used in the Potassium Permanganate and potassium dichromate titration usually used by potassium dichromate titration method,but the operation is complex,also need to use mercury sulfate,silver sulfate reagent,easy to cause two pollution.TOC is a comprehensive indicator of organic pollution in water after BOD and COD.TOC refers to the total amount of carbon in the suspended organic matter and dissolved organic matter in the water.The determination of organic matter content in domestic sewage has high reliability and easy to realize fast,automatic and on-line detection.TOC content is a comprehensive index of total organic matter in organic wastewater.It represents the total amount of all organic matters in organic wastewater,and objectively reflects the content of organic matter in organic wastewater.The purpose of this study is to use chemical printing to insert different disturbing agents into the reaction chip,and to make the complex chemical solution change from an unknown equilibrium to a known equilibrium by disturbing the disturbance of complex chemical solution.In this experiment,the changes of pH were used to record the new balance.The pH is changed in the form of a picture with a compound chromogenic agent.The organic wastewater of known TOC concentration was evenly sprayed onto the reaction chip by ultrasonic sprayer.The CCD camera was used to record the changes before and after the injection.The corresponding software is used to digitize the pictures.And the correlation between pictures and organic wastewater TOC was learned by machine,and a group of large databases were created,which finally achieved the purpose of replacing the TOC analyzer with the reaction chip.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The presentation of the internal information in the complex chemical solution in the environment and the establishment of a recording method.Based on the idea of inkjet printing and chemical combination,a new strategy was designed for complex solution information recording and coding,and manufactured a reaction chip using inkjet printer.(2)The screening of disturbing agent and acid-alkali coloring agent,and the disturbance effect of some chemical reagents on organic wastewater in complex chemical solution.The results of the screening were as follows:1)in this experiment,0.3 mol/L tartaric acid and a mixed solution of 3:1 were selected as acid disturbance agent in this experiment.2)the experiment finally selected the 0.2 mol/L taurine and L-histidine with a mixture of 3:1 volume ratio as the alkaline disturbing agent in this experiment.3)0.2 mol/L of potassium phthalate and three citrate(three sodium citrate)were selected as a partial disturbance agent in this experiment.4)through a large number of combination screening,the experiment finally chose methyl red and bromothymol blue as a compound color reagent in this experiment.(3)The design and experiment of the complex solution experimental device.The experimental reaction device was designed and built by the principle of fluid mechanics.A design print template is used to determine the amount and composition of each microreactor cell perturbation agent on the chip.Through the principle of acid and alkali color rendering,the internal information of complex chemical solution is visualized,and the information is recorded and preserved by the picture collection system.(4)The digital image processing of experimental results.In order to visualize the internal information of the complex chemical solution,the color of the image by computer software,and analyze and store the internal information of the complex chemical solution with the "reaction picture read gray value contour line" was extracted.(5)The confirmatory analysis and feasibility study of the experiment.Through the processing and data analysis of the reaction pictures,the perturbation characteristics of the disturbance agents,the accuracy of the experiment and the feasibility of the reaction chips in other fields were verified.(6)Learning and constructing a simulation system on the reaction chip through the machine,using the reaction chip can quickly detect the TOC value of the sewage.
