In the face of rapid development of technology and the era of new requirements to the talent training quality,educator and teachers gradually began to think about what kind of person should develop in 21st century.Based on the needs of the students to adapt to the modern life and the future development,the new chemistry curriculum standard has put forward the target system of chemical curriculum for the comprehensive development of the core literacy of chemistry.As a future chemical teacher and a new round of reform practitioners,the key competence of pre-service chemistry teachers has a profound influence on the oncoming teaching work."Macro-micro combination" is a major feature of chemistry and also an important part of the key competence of chemistry."Macro and micro combination" is one of the major characteristics of chemistry and also an important content of chemical core literacy.It investigates and analyzes the level of "macro and micro combination" of pre-service chemistry teachers,defines the connotation and specific manifestations of "macro and micro combination",and designs the corresponding testing tools for scientific ability diagnosis,it is significance to the cultivation of pre-service chemistry teachers.The test results of pre-service chemistry teachers show that:(1)The average ability of the "macro-micro combination" of normal students in 3 grades is about 3,the average ability of the third is the highest,the average ability of the sophomore is the lowest,but there is no significant difference between the three grades.(2)From the level of "macro-micro combination" at the level of each level.Look,the number and proportion of the chemical normal students are lower than the level 1 and the level 4,which indicates that the polarization difference is great.(3)the ability level of"macro-micro combination" is influenced by gender differences.From the statistical data,the average ability level of boys is greater than that of girls,and there are significant differences.
