Research On The Appearance And Reinforcement Of Buddhist Linen Colored Paintings During The Liao And Jin Dynasties

China is an ancient civilization with a long history and culture.After more than 80 dynasties,archaeologists can research and research the economic culture of the period based on the historical artifacts left over from historical periods.During the Liao and Jin Dynasties,people advocated Buddhism and recorded Buddhist culture on linen.With the passage of time,a large number of hemp fabrics have been damaged due to the aging of their own materials,or affected by chemical,physical,biological,and human factors.Some of them have even become unrecognized and are on the verge of self-destruction.Repairs may disappear forever.At present,we use the screen reinforcement method to increase its mechanical properties to extend the life of linen fabric artifacts.Due to the ageing of the rubber and fibers on the painted surface,the surface of the pigment is uneven,and there is severe diffuse scattering,thereby diluting the pigment.How to scientifically and effectively solve the problem of pigment desalination and maintain its original appearance is an issue that needs urgent solution.In this dissertation,a coloring agent for pigment development was developed.The experimental results show that the appearance reinforcing agent can not only effectively display the desalination pigment on the painted picture,but also restore its original appearance and improve its durability.The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the categories,composition and properties of textile fibers,the composition of pigment layers and rubber layers,and analyzes the unique artistic characteristics and uniqueness of drawing materials of linen fabrics during the Liao and Jin Dynasties,and proposes to repair and reveal cultural objects ontology.The necessity and urgency of restoring the original appearance of the textual material.In the second chapter,the composition of various pigments on the cultural relics was analyzed by means of modern science and technology such as XRF,EDS,XRD and Raman.The components of the rubber compound were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and the hemp fiber was detected by infrared analysis.The types provide the basis for the following research on the production of simulated samples and visualization of reinforcements.In the third chapter,firstly,through the chromatic aberration,roughness,microscopic appearance and cross-section SEM images of the depth of field,the aging degree of linen fabric relics in the period of Liao and Jin Dynasty was analyzed.Based on this,the pigment and rubber composition analyzed in chapter 2 were used.With hemp fiber types,artificial samples were made for artificial aging,so that the samples were as close as possible to the artifact body.In the forth Chapter,a series of tests including tensile strength,contact angle,hardness,adhesion,light transmittance and thermogravimetric curves are used to screen out the optimal concentration of the reinforcing agent.In addition,the mechanical strength,color difference,adhesion,air permeability,and reflectivity before and after the reinforcement of the simulated sample were tested,and the color difference and adhesion before and after the artificial accelerated aging of the reinforced sample and unconsolidated sample were tested to prove that the reinforcing agent can show desalination.The pigment improves the durability of the pigment;through the analysis of the reflectance and scanning electron microscopy of the reinforced and unconsolidated samples,it is verified that the strengthening mechanism of the reinforcing agent is that the reinforcing agent has a certain filling effect on the pigment and its matrix and forms on the surface thereof.A protective film weakens the light scattering.In the last Chapter,the application of pigments and coloring agents on the coloring of hemp fabrics.The repair and display of the hemp fabrics collected by the Yuanhao Huayuan Museum in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province were repaired and visualized.Due to aging,these precious fabrics were so low in mechanical strength that they were difficult to pick up by hand.The mesh is reinforced to increase its mechanical properties,followed by the visualization of pigments,and finally the tracked test of the relics after appearance.
