The pursuit of high quality of life has become the common desire and basic needs of people in the new era.As the main tool of daily oral care,toothbrushes have received increasing attention.The toothbrush industry is maintaining a rapid development trend and has great market potential.In the background of toothbrush products and services demand surge,a large number of toothbrush enterprises gather together,and foreign brands dominate the market,Toothbrush enterprises are facing a fierce competition and real difficulties that their own brands can not break through.How to improve marketing strategy,enhance market competitiveness,and strengthen the independent brand of toothbrush is a major issue for toothbrush enterprises.This article selects the marketing strategy of toothbrush of brand B in Yangzhou market as a research object.Based on the study of related theories and literature,it starts with the status quo of the marketing strategy of toothbrush of brand B in Yangzhou market,based on the analysis of its market environment and market positioning,The 4Ps theory is used to explain the current products,prices,channels,and promotions of the toothbrush of brand B in four aspects in detail,and then make an overall evaluation of its implementation effect.Secondly,Diagnosing problems in marketing strategy of toothbrush of brand B in Yangzhou market by data analysis,comparison analysis,and other methods,namely:lacking of competitive advantages of products,pricing mechanism is not perfect,marketing channels are limited,promotion is not in place.Then analyze the reasons for the problems,namely:lack of market research,lack of marketing talents,insufficient investment in marketing channels,and traditional promotion methods.Finally,proposing the optimization proposal and safeguards for the marketing strategy of toothbrush of brand B in Yangzhou market.This article is based on solving the problems of marketing strategy for toothbrush of brand B in Yangzhou market,and puts forward the following Optimization proposals:In terms of product strategy,strengthen product market positioning,strengthen product classification and combination,and strengthen product technology innovation;in price strategy,improve the pricing mechanism,establish price dynamic adjustment,dig deeper into brand value;in channel strategy,increase the layout of online marketing channel,strengthen the retail channel,Do a good job of brand promotion and make new product releases.In order to achieve optimal results.I applied the safeguards in four aspects:organizational functions,technological innovation,human resources,and brand culture.
