| Fiber reinforced composites are the most effective way to realize the lightweight of automobiles.Hybrid fiber composite has became an important research direction in the field of fiber composite materials due to their low price and high design ability.The reinforced fiber in the hybrid fiber composite structure was mainly unidirectional fiber,and the performance of hybrid woven fabric(bidirectional woven fabric)hybrid composites with more complex structure is insufficient.Therefore,the performance test of two-dimensional woven hybrid fiber composite and its engineering application in automotive parts has been studied.Experimental research on mechanical properties of hybrid fiber composites.In order to research the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber composites with different reinforcement fibers and different structures,five types of composite specimens were prepared by the Experiment :two-dimensional woven structure of pure carbon fiber composites,pure glass fiber composite materials,carbon/glass intraply hybrid fiber composites,carbon/glass hybrid laminated fiber composites and carbon/aramid fiber hybrid composite layer.The tensile and tensile fatigue tests of five kinds of specimens were carried out by using MTS fatigue testing machine,and the static load and fatigue test data were obtained;The tensile stiffness,strength and fatigue life of different hybrid fiber composites were obtained through the test data processing,and the stiffness degradation law of materials during fatigue loading was obtained;And then compared and analyzed the hybrid effects of different kinds of hybrid fiber composites.Research on prediction model of hybrid fiber composites.Compared the theoretical results obtained by the stiffness and strength performance parameters obtained by the test with the existing hybrid fiber composite performance prediction model.On the basis of the existing model,considered the fiber buckling and structural differences,the prediction models of the properties of 2D woven and inter layer hybrid fiber composites were modified respectively.Used Origin Software fitting parameters and established a two-dimensional woven layer and inter layer hybrid fiber composite stiffness and strength prediction model,then used for simulation analysis of automobile engine hood.Research on engineering application of hybrid fiber composites.Selected the automobile engine cover as the research object,used Hyperworks finite element analysis software as the technical means and introduced the basic performance parameters of hybrid fiber composite material,the performance of steel and hybrid fiber composite material hood under different working conditions were simulated and analyzed,the comparison results show that: on the premise of meeting the basic performance requirements of the hood,the weight of the upper panel of hybrid fiber composite hood was 52.99% less than that of the steel material hood,and the total weight loss was 15.20%,it verified the application value of hybrid fiber composite in lightweight design of auto parts. |
