The Value Mining And Research Of Silver Salt Film

Before photography was invented,human beings used to record and transmit what they saw and heard in the form of words,language,painting and so on.Until Niepce,Daguerre,and Talbot invented photography,people began to use cameras to take the pictures in front of the eyes and record the real scene.This new technology is more real than other means.Before the popularity of the digital camera,the camera was used with silver salt film.The silver salt film was used as an important image recording medium and recorded the first hand image information.But because the silver salt film is only semi-finished,it needs a professional darkroom to develop a picture of normal viewing,so the image researchers generally do not study the silver film.The author believes that although the silver salt negatives are not suitable for viewing,as the first hand original image data,as the source of the photo,the information and value of the silver salt film may be larger than the photo developed from the silver salt films.This study will start with the silver salt films and discuss the value of the silver salt films.First of all,this article will try to prove that silver salt film contains more information by comparing the information of silver salt films and photos.Secondly,this article will try to explore the picture information and the implied text information of the silver salt film,so as to provide a feasible method for the information reproduction of the silver salt films.Finally,by analyzing of the two batch of silver salt negatives,the analysis samples are provided to verify the methodology of this study.
