Chornic pelvic inflammatory disease are one of the most common diseases for women of childbearing age,inflammation often involving the uterus,oviducts,ovaries,and surrounding connective tissue,and can sweep stark peritoneal.It may be confined to one location,some parts of,or the entire pelvic.Chronic pelvic could hardly be thoroughly treatment.Patients with persistent physical poor course of disease,illness caused by a stubbornness,patients often bear stubborn pain and agony.Hongyuan is a clinical experience prescription which is composed of sargentodoxa cuneata(oliv.)rehd.et wils etc..It can clear heat and eliminate dampness,promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and regulate the flow of qi to alleviate pain.There is better therapeutic effect to apply it to treat CPID(The hot and damp stasis ties the card).This paper makes a research on the preparation of Hong Yuan granule.Details are as follows:The appropriate conditions of preparations of volatile oils was determined by factorial experiment,water solute and ethanol solute was determined by orthogonal experiment respectively;the means for the package of volatile oils by ?-CD was optimized by orthogonal experiment too:the preparation of Hong Yuan granule is also studied in the thesis.The preparation of Hong Yuan granule is:To distill Curcuma(sieved by 10 mesh sieve)and the other medicinal material by 12 times volume water for 10h,then extract them by 10 times volume water for 1h.The best water extraction condition is that sargentodoxa cuneata(oliv.)rehd.et wils etc..added water and extracted 2 times,the first time added 12 times volume water,the second time added water 10 times volume,each time for 2h,filtered,concentration,vacuum drying in 80?.Corydalis and the other medicinal material added to 70%alcohol and extracted 3 times with each time for 1.5,the first time added to 3 times volume 70%alcohol,the other two times added to 9 times volume 70%alcohol.Leaching,recovery of alcohol,concentration,vacuum drying.in 80?.By the investigation of the process of ?-CD cyclodextrin-wrapped volatilized oil,the best process we established is ball milling.Wrapping method under the condition of oil ?-cyclodextrin ratio 1:10(ml:g),oil water ratio 1:15(ml:ml)and wrapping while spining for 1.5h at 300r/min.The dry extract crushed to 80 mesh,then added ?-CD inclusion by the same amount of incremental approach,mixed,then added to adequate dextrin and alcohol make the granul by use wet granulation method.Finaly,after desiccation and package of granules,the whole process is completed.
