| Core pulling rivets are important standard parts used on airplanes,mainly used for the position where the open structure is not enough and required single-side riveting parts,it directly affects the tightness of the aircraft structure’s connection and body’s stability.The core pulling rivets used on our country’s airplanes mainly relies on imported products,while foreign countries have blocked the key technologies of core pulling rivets,this has restricted the development of our country’s core pulling rivet technology level.Therefore,core pulling rivets’ development and production has become a hot topic of aviation standards.Tension-type blind rivet is one of series of core pulling rivets,the rivet set is the core component of blind rivets,its surface heat treatment process quality affects blind rivet riveting.Therefore,the master’s thesis under the auspices of Guizhou Province industrial research projects,does research for A-286 alloy blind rivets,the focus on A-286 alloy rivet sets of partial annealing process technology and equipment for research.Specific studies are as follows:(1)Based on the test analysis of foreign A-286 alloy rivet sets’ surface features,using high-frequency induction heating technology solutions,through repeated manual partial annealing experiments and blind rivet riveting trial,constantly optimized and improved,we have mastered the A-286 alloy rivet sets of partial annealing technology parameters and explored a partial annealing process technology and suitable methods of the serialization A-286 alloy rivets sets.(2)Due to the low productivity of manual partial annealing process technology,it is difficult to meet the A-286 alloy rivet sets of partial annealing of production requirements.Therefore,this master’s thesis completed the blind rivet sets partial annealing automation equipment development,achieved high frequency induction heating intelligent control,temperature-line detection,precise control of rivet sets’ heating zone,online-cooling andother functions.(3)By the test of running the equipment,and optimizing the process parameters of the automatically annealing equipment,improving the deficiencies of equipment.This research laid the foundation for the realization of A-286 alloy rivet sets of partial annealing of mass production. |
