Objective:?1?To understand the daily physical activity level of some full-time postgraduate students in tianjin;?2?To understand the cardiopulmonary endurance of some full-time postgraduate students in tianjin;?3?To explore the correlation between daily physical activity level and cardiopulmonary endurance.Research objects and methods:400 full-time postgraduate students from tianjin institute of physical education and Tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine were recruited as research objects.Bouchard Physical activity diary and actigraph-gt3x accelerometer were used to record 7d Physical activity data and evaluate their Physical activity?PA?.Inbody520 was used to test the body composition of postgraduates, and indicators such as BMI,body fat percentage?PBF?,and waist-hip percentage?WHP?were screened.Height and weight were measured with domestic HF-300 series height-weight tester.Spirometer was used to measure spirometry. The maximum oxygen uptake was calculated by a 20-meter round trip.Using SPSS 22.0 software to analyze data, data using Kolmogorov Smirnov has examined whether accord with normal distribution,if the data is accord with normal distribution, then USES the independent sample t-test to compare the index average differences of male and female students, using the single factor analysis of variance?One-WayANOVA?were compared with different age in the gender, professional, and body fat percentage of different indexes such as the mean differences, and selects the LSD method for multiple comparison later; If the data did not meet the normal distribution,Wilcoxon junior test and kruskal-wallis test were used to compare the mean values of all indicators of male and female students, and kruskal-wallis test was used to compare the mean values of all indicators of different body fat rates, different majors, different ages and different PA grades of male and female students. If the data met the normal distribution, partial correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the PA levels of the subjects and PBF,VC,VC/kg and VO2max values. If the data did not meet the normal distribution,Spearman correlation analysis was adopted.Results:?1?The PBF of male students was lower than that of female students?P<0.01?.Boys had 13.7 percent more body fat than girls.?2?In the daily PA study, the proportion of the inactive group was the highest?37.2%?,with more female students than male students. The proportion of the highly active group was only 19.8%higher than that of the completely sedentary group, with more male students than female students. The daily M-VPA time, daily energy consumption and weekly exercise time of boys were higher than those of girls?P<0.01?.With the increase of age?23-27years old?,the sedentary time of male and female master's degree shows an increasing trend, and the energy consumption per unit weight decreases year by year. The daily LPA time,M-VPA time, daily energy consumption and energy consumption per unit body weight of the non-sports group were all lower than those of the sports majors?P<0.05?.There were significant differences in daily sedentary time,LPA,M-VPA,energy consumption per unit body weight, weekly exercise frequency and weekly exercise time among male master students with different body fat levels?P<0.05?,while female master students were the same as male students?P<0.05?.?3?In the CRF study,VC and VO2max in boys were higher than that in girls?P<0.01?.VC of female master showed a gradually decreasing trend from 23 to 27 years old?P<0.05?,and the relative value of VO2max of male master and female master decreased year by year, with a decrease range of 0.2-0.5ml/kg/min.The value of VC was higher than that of the non-sports group?P<0.05?,and the value of VO2max was higher than that of the non-sports group?P<0.01?.VC vital capacity body mass index?BMI?of male master students was from high to low in the order of low body fat group, standard group, high body fat group, obesity group, female students were the same as male students, the relative value of VO2max of male body fat obesity group was lower than that of the standard group?P<0.01?,while that of female body fat obesity group and high body fat group was lower than that of the standard group?P<0.05?.VC body mass index and VO2max relative values of master students showed a gradually increasing trend with the increase of physical activity level?both P values were less than 0.05?.?4?Overall,the absolute values of VC and VO2max of male and physical education subjects were negatively correlated with daily sedentary time?P<0.05?,and positively correlated with daily M-VPA time, daily energy consumption and weekly exercise time.VC body mass index and relative value of VO2max were positively correlated with energy consumption per unit body weight?P<0.05?.VC of female and non-physical education subjects was positively correlated with daily M-VPA time, weekly exercise time and daily energy consumption?P<0.05?.The absolute value of VO2max was negatively correlated with daily sedentary time?P<0.05?,and positively correlated with daily energy consumption and daily M-VPA time?P<0.05?.The relative value of VO2max was positively correlated with energy consumption per unit body weight?P<0.05?,and the partial correlation coefficient of female was lower than that of male and non-physical education major was lower than that of physical education major.Conclusion:?1?The percentage of body fat and obesity rate of full-time male master students in some colleges and universities in Tianjin are lower than those of female students.?2?The proportion of the inactive group was the highest, among which female postgraduate students accounted for more than male students; The daily physical activity of master students decreased with increasing age?23-27 years old?.The daily physical activity of male and female master of physical education was higher than that of non-physical education major.Long average daily sitting time is associated with a risk of obesity and is a major cause of insufficient physical activity.?3?The subjects'cardiopulmonary endurance showed that the cardiopulmonary endurance of male master students was higher than that of female students;Cardiopulmonary endurance was decreased by aging?23-27 years old?.The level of cardiopulmonary endurance of male and female master students in the professional sports group was higher than that of the non-professional sports group. With the increase of body fat level, lung ventilation function and aerobic working ability decreased. An increase in daily physical activity helps build cardiorespiratory endurance.?4?There is a negative correlation between daily sedentary time and cardiorespiratory endurance of master students, and there is a negative correlation between daily moderate-to-high intensity physical activity time and daily energy consumption.Increasing the daily moderate-to-high intensity physical activity time of master students and reducing the daily sedentary time can effectively enhance the cardiorespiratory endurance of master students.
