Asteroids retain early information about the formation of the solar system and are an important carrier for the study of the origin and evolution of the solar system.Asteroids are rich in material resources.Collecting resources from asteroids has become an important way to obtain resources in sustainable human development;currently A number of probes have been launched in the world to sample asteroids.Among them,Rosetta,Osiris,Starling and Starling 2 conducted a series of sampling studies on behalf of humans.In China's asteroid exploration program,the main target is the 2016 HO3 asteroid.The asteroid is about 38 meters in diameter and has a high rotation speed.In addition,the asteroid also has characteristics of uncertain microgravity and geological structure.It is attached to the sample,so in the process of sampling the asteroid,the main technical difficulty is to solve how the sampler can collect the uncertain geological structure into a scattered body under the condition of microgravity.At present,humans have carried out a number of asteroid sampling tasks.From the perspective of sampling modes,foreign successful experience should be used.One-click and separate sampling modes should be the main method,with attached sampling as a supplement.Impact rock fragments(equivalent to simulated explosion)Broken rock)has the advantage of higher safety,it can crush the rock or sputter the asteroid surface weathering to achieve the purpose of collecting asteroid surface samples.This paper proposes an asteroid impact rock crusher for future use.Asteroid sampling.This article designs the structure of the asteroid impact rock crusher,and mainly designs the parameters of the cylinder and the method of reducing the recoil force.After the rock crusher breaks the rock on the surface of the asteroid,the rock fragments and weathering on the surface of the asteroid are blown into the collection device by a gas excitation method.The double-piston structure and damping energy-absorbing material are arranged inside the cylinder to reduce the impact reaction force when the drill rod is ejected.This article simulates the impact process and the fracture of the rock interface when the drill rod is ejected,and obtains the energy required for rock fragmentation.The impact parameters and the critical conditions of effective rock fragmentation are obtained.The impact reaction force of the entire cylinder is analyzed to obtain the entire impact.The recoil of the excitation system during the shock.Aiming at the impact of different shapes of punches on the rock crushing effect,the simulation results were experimentally verified.By comparing the high-speed impact of a small-quality drill rod and the low-impact impact of a large-quality drill rod on the rock under the same impact energy,the rock crushing was performed The research has obtained similar conclusions about rock fragmentation under the same energy,and further carried out experiments to verify the impact of large mass and low speed drill rods with different punch shapes on rock crushing.
