O3 is a very important kind of trace gases in the atmosphere,most of it distributes in the stratosphere and others in the troposphere,It is an important atmospheric component that affects the processes of atmospheric dynamics,thermodynamics,radiation and chemistry.The strong absorption of ultraviolet radiation by ozone can prevent excess ultraviolet radiation from reaching the ground.Near the ground,ozone is a harmful polluting gas,causing damage to human beings,animals and plants.Dobson ozone Spectrometer,Brewer zone Spectrometer,O3 sounding,satellite nadir viewing,occultation viewing and limb viewing have been used to monitor O3.Ultraviolet limb viewing has the same spatial coverage as satellite nadir viewing,the same vertical resolution and accuracy as occultation viewing,which makes it becomes the hot pot of O3 detecting.Ultraviolet limb payloads carried by satellite TG-2including Ring-Ultraviolet-Limb-Imager and Forward-Ultraviolet-Limb-Imager.This payloads is the first time in China to support the new technology of earth ultraviolet limb detection,containing the high vertical resolution of limb viewing,high horizontal resolution of earth viewing and high spectral resolution.The O3 retrieval algorithm of Ring-Ultraviolet-Limb-Imager by satellite TG-2 applies three-channel process and forward spectrometer applies optimal estimation method.The simultaneous imaging of omni-directional ring limb by Ring-Ultraviolet-Limb-Imager for the first time,so it has great important influence to the O3 verification of ultraviolet limb payloads by satellite TG-2.In this dissertation,a simple analysis of retrieval results of vertical distribution of atmospheric ozone at 10-60 km is carried on the in-orbit observation data of TG-2.And the accuracy of data of OSIRIS and OMPS is compared and analyzed by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.and retrieval results of ozone of TG-2 are tested by data of ozone sonding and OSIRIS and OMPS.The main conclusions are as followings:1.As for the comparison of ozone vertical profiles,the relative deviation between data of OMPS and ozone sounding is smaller in the middle and lower stratosphere and larger in the upper and middle troposphere over Beijing.the relative deviation between data of OSIRIS and ozone sounding shows a good consistency,the correlation is 0.55over Beijing;as for TG-2,The height error of ozone peak of TG-2 and ozone sounding is no more than 3 km.In the upper stratosphere,the ozone concentration observed by Tiangong-2 is smaller than that observed by ozone sounding,whereas in the troposphere to the middle and lower stratosphere.2.As for the stratospheric ozone total amount of ozone of OMPS and ozone sounding have a good consistency,the overall deviation is less than 5%,the correlation is high,reaching 0.89.Stratospheric ozone data of OMPS can be used to study the seasonal variation of ozone in Beijing;The observation by satellite OSIRIS has a good agreement with ozone sounding,and the total ozone amount of OSIRIS more than total ozone amount of ozone sounding,the deviation range is 1.32%-60%.3.As for the tropospheric ozone total amount of OMPS and ozone sounding,ozone total amount of ozone sounding is more 5%than ozone total amount of OMPS,their correlation coefficient is 0.62.4.The observation by satellite TG-2 has a good agreement with O3 sounding and OMPS,the results about peak value of the 3 kinds of data are approaching.Comparing the O3 concentration at the same height of the 3 kinds of data,the data by satellite TG-2 was the smallest,followed by ozone sounding,and OMPS was the largest.As for detecting height,O3 sounding can get the data from surface to the height of 38km,but satellite TG-2 and OMPS can do nothing for detecting in surface layer,the lower limit of the detecting height is 10 km.Above the height of 38 km,O3 sounding and OMPS are limited in detecting,but but satellite TG-2 still works well below the height of 45 km.The introduction above can show the excellence of detection capability of satellite TG-2 among the same type payloads internationally.
