| CAPP software solves the problem of process writing from design to manufacturing effectively,and CAPP and CAM technologies have been widely used in enterprise production processes.Intelligent classification technology,sensor measurement technology and machine vision technology of mechanical parts have used in different fields.The new measurement method combined with the simple and fast control method has important theoretical research significance in machine tool processing.At this stage,the internal functions of CAPP software can still be supplemented.Combined with laser measurement,visual inspection and recognition,and on-line machining of machine tools,a process coding method based on laser and visual inspection to identify the shape of parts is proposed.Apply machine vision technology and laser sensor measurement technology to specially crafted CAPP software.The underlying code is written by Visual Basic 6.0 software,and the corresponding prototype system is developed according to the coding principle of the part and the principle of laser measurement.The program interface of the system includes machine vision recognition measurement,laser measurement,process generation,G code generation,and the machine tool processing process is realized by the host computer and PLC serial communication.The main research contents of this topic are as follows:1.Establish process code and laser ranging module,and develop a process coding system for appropriative CAPP.2.Establish a visual measurement model,propose a halcon-based software,use the RANSAC principle for edge fitting,and use the measurement results in the software.3.Establish a laser displacement sensor communication model,and perform real-time measurement according to the communication between the host computer and the laser sensor.4.Use VB program code to realize automatic generation of process code andNC code,and realize automatic machine tool processing through serial communication. |
