With the development of machine vision technology,experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the research of moving object detection and laser point fast location.Based on machine vision technology,the design of laser point tracking traction follower system is based on the research of moving target detection and laser point rapid positioning.The laser point tracking follow-up system based on machine vision technology applies the moving object detection technology to the tracking follow-up system to improve the tracking accuracy and tracking efficiency of the tracking follow-up system.It is of great significance to realize intelligent control of tracking follow-up system.Aiming at the problem of fast moving laser point tracking,this paper uses the target recognition and detection algorithm in machine vision technology to locate the laser point quickly;The four flexible cable traction parallel mechanism with simple structure and fast moving speed is used as the actuator to track the position of laser points quickly.The main content of this paper is to study the laser point tracking traction follower system and provide theoretical support for the system design and production.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The main purpose of this thesis is the detection and tracking of laser points,The Research of the Current Situation of the Laser Point Tracking and Follow-up System Based on Machine Vision Technology,analysis of the overall system,the system is divided into two parts: Laser point detection based on machine vision technology and tracking laser point tracking of follow-up platform.Laser spot detection based on machine vision technology.Firstly,the collection of laser points is studied,and the selection of camera is carried out;Secondly,the pre-processing of laser point image and classification of noise characteristics in the process of Laser Point acquisition ate studied.Aiming at Gao Si noise and salt and pepper noise for two typical noises,the de-noising effect of several filter de-noising methods is compared and analyzed;Image enhancement method is used to improve the contrast of laser points in the background.Finally,the recognition and detection of laser points in static and dynamic processes are deeply studied,the detection of laser points is realized,laying the foundation for tracking the follow-up platform.Laser point tracking based on four flexible cable traction parallel mechanism.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the four-cable traction parallel mechanism are studied.Kinematic model of four flexible cable traction parallel mechanism according to its structural characteristics is established.Secondly,the control characteristics of tracking follow-up platform are analyzed,the PID controller is designed,Tracking of Laser Point coordinate position by Laser Point tracking follow-up platform is realsized by controlling the length of four flexible cable,PID control algorithm is simulated and verified,Established system design requirement is satisfied.
