With the rapid development of Internet technology and the wide application of mobile devices,social networks,such as Facebook,Twitter,Weibo,We Chat,have become more and more popular.Social networks have surpassed traditional media as the most important means of information release and dissemination.As a special kind of information,the appearance and spread of rumors is a social phenomenon throughout human history.In recent years,the rapid development of social networks has provided new channels and features for rumor propagation,making it possible for rumors to spread faster and more widely.It has become increasingly important to further study rumor propagation mechanism,establish rumor propagation model applicable to social networks,and propose more effective rumor control strategies.In view of the above problems,the main innovation work of this thesis includes:(1)A rumor propagation model considering different propagation modes is established.The spreading modes of rumors on social networks are divided into two categories: group spreading and point-to-point spreading.The classical rumor propagation model is extended,a new rumor propagation model is established,and the mean field equation of propagation dynamics is constructed.The local asymptotic stability and global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point are proved.The bifurcation phenomenon when the equilibrium point is transformed is analyzed,and the optimal governing equation is established.The simulation results show that the influence of group propagation on rumor propagation is greater than that of point-to-point propagation.(2)A rumor propagation model considering different infection rates is established.According to different times of rumor contact,different infection rates are set,the classical rumor propagation model is improved,a new rumor propagation model is established,and the mean field equation is constructed.The stability of the model is proved based on the theory of propagation dynamics,and the propagation range of rumors is analyzed.The simulation results show that different infection rates caused by different times of individuals' contact with rumors have a great influence on the maximum spreading range and the final spreading scale of rumors.(3)An effective rumor propagation control strategy is proposed.Based on the local centrality and degree centrality,this strategy improves the acquaintance control strategy,takes into account the local information of the network,and improves the effectiveness of the acquaintance control strategy.In ER random network and BA scale-free network,the control effect of this strategy on rumor propagation process is verified by simulation experiment,and the strategy is compared with random control strategy,acquaintance control strategy and target control strategy.The experimental results show that the rumor control strategy proposed in this thesis has good control effect in different network topologies and does not increase the implementation complexity.
