Rapid prototyping technology,also known as 3D printing technology,has gradually become a recognized symbol of the third industrial revolution.ASTM Association of the United States defined rapid prototyping technology as follows: the use of layer-by-layer accumulation of printed materials for splicing processing,which is completely different from the traditional manufacturing methods used in the removal,and rapid prototyping technology is a production method driven by three-dimensional model data.The printing process of rapid prototyping technology is as follows: firstly,the collected data are used to establish the three-dimensional model of the object to be printed by computer and corresponding modeling software,then the three-dimensional model is detected and repaired,and then the repaired model is sliced and processed.Finally,the 3D printing equipment is used to pull the printed material.Silk,smash and thawing process,etc.,print materials in layers to accumulate corresponding target goods.At the same time,people from all walks of life also generally believe that rapid prototyping technology is the catalyst for industrial transformation,and they attach great importance to and look forward to the development prospects of this technology.In the United States,rapid prototyping technology has officially completed industrialization,3D Systems,Stratasys two 3D printer manufacturers have been successfully listed in Nasdaq.With the extensive application of rapid prototyping technology,China's rapid prototyping technology concept stocks also came into being.This paper mainly introduces a rapid prototyping experiment of three-dimensional digital model based on Photomodeler scanner software.With the help of image data collected by non-metric digital cameras,a three-dimensional visualization model and a three-dimensional visualization model are established.This paper chooses the relief and stone lion in Yuantong Temple of Kunming City,Yunnan Province as the material,and completes the experimental study of three-dimensional modeling and rapid prototyping by close-range photogrammetry.Finally,the stone lion is printed and formed by 3D printing technology.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Combining the two-dimensional direct linear transformation algorithm,the camera is calibrated by photomodeler scanner software,and the calibration results are compared and analyzed with different number of photographs taken from the calibration board.(2)The 3D modeling software photomodeler scanner is used to process the graphic data.The perspective texture mapping,relative orientation,triangulation of tangential projection,multi-baseline image matching and beam adjustment are discussed in the 3D digital model of the target.(3)According to the data acquisition method of close-range photogrammetry,considering the different outline and texture of the object,the most effective way of photography is studied by experiment.(4)After the object is modeled,the three-dimensional digital model format is transformed into.STL format which can satisfy the requirement of RP software by photomodeler scanner software.Then the model is checked and repaired by 3D-tool software.Finally,the model is sliced finally realized.The rapid prototyping of 3D models.(5)The accuracy of the three-dimensional model and the deformation accuracy of the stone lion for rapid prototyping are analyzed.The sources of different errors are introduced,and some suggestions for improving the accuracy are given.
