At present,China's western region is rich in mineral resources,but in the process of construction and mining,it is accompanied by geological disasters induced by loose soil layers.Grouting technology is an effective means to control geological disasters caused by loose soils.And can effectively improve the physical properties,stability and prevent disasters of loose soil layers.At present,many researches have been done on the grouting technology of porous media at home and abroad,but there are few studies on the influence of tortuosity on the process of slurry transport,and the actual results of grouting prediction results will inevitably have some deviation.Therefore,considering the influence of tortuosity on the grouting of loose soil will be more in line with the actual project.Based on the existing grouting formula,the formula of spherical penetrating grouting of porous media considering the degree of tortuosity is deduced,and the numerical simulation me thod is used to compare the simulation results with the theoretical results and the experimental grouting results,so as to consider the tortuosity versus slurry.The mechanism of diffusion and migration is studied.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish a theoretical model of spherical penetrating grouting Newtonian fluid and typical non-Newtonian fluid considering the degree of tortuosity,deducing the theoretical formulas of the three fluid models,and based on the experimental results,explore the tortuosity through actual physical model tests.The influence law on the diffusion effect of the slurry;(2)Citing relevant literature and combining existing experimental data,substituting theoretical formulas for case analysis to explore the reliability and applicability of theoretical formulas;(3)Based on the experimental data,establish a numerical model of permeation grouting diffusion,and analyze the seepage of the slurry by multi-physics coupling function of Comsol Multiphysics numerical simulation software under different pressures,different dynamic viscosities and different water-cement ratios.The motion effect is simulated and analyzed for its motion law;(4)Through the numerical simulation software,the different grouting diffusion results obtained under different conditions and combinations of various factors are calculated and compared with the theoretical results to test the accuracy and feasibility of the numerical simulation results.Sex,and extract the simulation software to analyze the three-dimensional distribution of the grouting pressure gradient of the processing module.By analyzing the diffusion radius given by numerical simulation and the diffusion radius in the theoretical results,the author further explores the applicability and correctness of the penetration grouting diffusion radius considering the tortuosity.Based on the mechanism of spherical penetrating grouting in porous media,this paper explores the influence of the degree of tortuosity on the diffusion radius of the slurry in the case of considering the tortuosity.Combined with the experimental data,the case analysis and numerical simulation are carried out.The difference in diffusion radius is within the error range.Therefore,the results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the actual grouting project.
