Water inrush disaster which is the main geological disaster during the construction and operation of underground engineering has high Abruptness、serious damage and the handling of post-disaster is difficulty。Through theoretical analysis, model test and numerical simulation, the grout diffusion law of different type slurry in different flow conditions was studied; The diffusion forms, pressure distribution law was analyzed. The research contents and the main results are as follows:(1)This paper firstly analyses the various hazard sources and water inrush disaster evolution rules, then take into account the specific forms of water channel, classify water inrush disaster into three main type:the structural water gushing, reveal gushing and contact zone water gushing, based on the main three type10subgroups are further divided and according to each specific characteristics, puts forward the science handling principle.(2)Study on the relationship between Newton fluid and Bingham fluid flow in a single flat crack and pressure gradient. The diffusion control equation and the calculation method of grouting pressure is established under the condition of single plate fracture grouting, and the Newton fluid diffusion control equation was validated by numerical simulation.Based on numerical simulation study the evolution of Grout diffusion form and grout pressure effected by the viscosity, grout rate, fracture width and grout type Given the contrast analysis of slurry diffusion morphology evolution characteristics and grouting pressure changes of different types of slurry flowing in single fracture under different flow field, proposed the selection of grouting slurry and parameter design principle aimed at specific flow field.(4) The effect of grout diffusion coefficient and flow velocity on mixing width of water and slurry was researched. The mixing region width is proportional to the square root of the grout diffusion coefficient and is inversely proportional to water velocity. The product of grout diffusion coefficient and water velocity is used as a quantitative index of grouting design of grouting slurry selection...
