Olfactory is one of the most important sensory abilities of animals and is vital to the survival of animals.Animals can directly sense changes in the external environment through olfactory ability and directly relate to their living environment.Animals rely on the sense of smell to find important activities such as capturing food, choosing a spouse, identifying individuals or groups, identifying toxic substances, avoiding natural enemies, and marking territories. When the olfactory receptor(OR)gene family was discovered,it opened the door to the study of the olfactory gene family. At present, the research on olfactory receptor gene mainly involves olfactory receptor gene structure, classification, expression site, differential expression, expression regulation, evolutionary process, pseudogene biological function, relationship between functional gene and pseudogene, sensory numerous research areas such as inter-organ compensation mechanisms. Both Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles are of the genus Corydalis. They have similar habitat types and omnivores. They are nocturnal animals and are widely distributed in China. They are important economic animals. The research on the two mainly involves research fields such as conservation, culture technology, diet, habitat type, disease, and oyster oil utilization value. There are few studies on molecular aspects, mainly involving immune molecules,MHC genes and bitter taste receptors. The field, but has not seen any research on the sense of smell between the two.By exploring the adaptive evolution of olfactory and understanding the relationship between OR gene and ecological environment,we can improve the rational and sustainable use of wild resources of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles, and improve the economic value of both. Therefore, according to the ecological characteristics of the species,26 species of Laura beetle, including Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles, were selected as the research objects. The OR transcript data of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles, online genomic data were used to screen 26 The OR functional gene sequence of each species.Using olfactory receptor gene as a molecular marker, molecular biology and bioinformatics methods are used to screen olfactory receptor genes, base composition analysis,OR gene classification, phylogenetic analysis, correlation analysis and PIC analysis.Evolutionary analysis to understand the molecular evolutionary status and ecological adaptation of the OR gene of swine fever and shit, and after analysis, the following results were obtained:(1)The transcriptome data of 8.96 Gb,10.29 Gb,9.51 Gb,9.75 Gb,9.44 Gb,8.71 Gb,8.72 Gb and 8.26 Gb from the scorpion olfactory bulb and olfactory mucosa of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles were obtained by RNA-Seq sequencing technology;(2)Based on the sequencing data of the lower machine,134 OR gene functional genes and 139 OR functional genes of shit were obtained.(3)According to phylogenetic analysis, the OR functional gene sequences of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles are classified into Class-I and Class-II,and Class-II is much more than Class-I,which is consistent with terrestrial vertebrates.Characteristic(4)According to the division of the OR unit subfamily, the Arctonyx collaris has 10 OR gene unit subfamilies, and the Meles meles has 13 OR gene unit subfamilies, which conforms to the ecological characteristics of the two with sensitive olfactory perception;(5)Correlation analysis and PIC analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the number of OR functional genes and the olfactory gene unit subfamily, which was consistent with the results of the pre-rain human studies, but with the ecological characteristics of the species(food, cluster and Rhythm)There is no significant relationship.According to the classification relationship of species,it is speculated that the OR gene of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles also have the above characteristics;(6)By predicting the odor-aware specificity of the OR gene family of Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles,it is known that Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles can recognize most of the odors in nature, mainly including fat, sweat, and lily of the valley. It is speculated that Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles can perceive changes in the external environment through sensitive olfactory perception to adapt to complex ecological environments. In summary, the Arctonyx collaris and Meles meles have evolved a sensitive olfactory ability in order to adapt to the complex ecological environment.By studying the adaptive evolution of the olfactory genes, they have laid a theoretical foundation for further research on olfactory genes. It provides a scientific basis for improving the protection, development and utilization of genetic resources.
