1.objective:In this study,patients with lateral epicondylitis were treated with simple eccentric exercise,shock wave combined with eccentric exercise,and high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise therapy.To observe the short-term efficacy of the treatment;to investigate the effect of high-energy laser treatment on local tissue inflammation,and to analyze the correlation with high-energy laser treatment and functional recovery.2 methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,45 patients with lateral epicondylitis were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into eccentric exercise group,shock wave combined with eccentric exercise group and high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise group.treatment.Pain,functional score,and total extensor tendon thickness(ultrasound)at pre-treatment,3-week,and 12-week follow-up were assessed;degree of extensor injury of the temporal wrist(magnetic resonance)before and 12 weeks of follow-up;pre-treatment,per treatment High-energy laser combined with eccentric inflammatory changes in patients undergoing eccentric exercise at the end of the week and at 12 weeks of follow-up(medical red photothermograph).3 results:3.1 At 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of VAS in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).At 12 weeks follow-up,there was no significant improvement in the eccentric exercise group compared with before treatment(P=0.072);At 12 weeks follow-up,the VAS values of shock wave combined with eccentricity and high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise group were significantly improved compared with the eccentric exercise group(P<0.05).At 12 weeks follow-up,high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise and shock wave combined with eccentric exercise There was also a significant improvement in the group(P < 0.05).3.2 At 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of PRTEE in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the eccentric exercise group and the pre-treatment group at 12 weeks follow-up(P=0.098);treatment for 3 weeks and 12 weeks.At week follow-up,the PRTEE value of the high-energy laser combined with the eccentric exercise group was significantly improved compared with the shock wave combined with the eccentric exercise and the eccentric exercise group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the shock wave combined with the eccentric exercise group and the eccentric exercise group(=0.066).3.3 At 3 weeks and 12 weeks of follow-up,shock wave combined with eccentricity and high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise group to detect the total thickness of extensor tendon was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical analysis in the eccentric exercise group.Differences(3 weeks: P=0.072,12 weeks: P=0.06);there was no significant difference between the three groups(P=0.083,P=0.064).3.4 Before and 12 weeks of follow-up,high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise resonance imaging showed that the degree of injury of the temporally short wrist extensor muscle was significantly different from that of the eccentric exercise group(P<0.05).There were no statistics in the three groups.Learning differences(P=0.079).3.5 Compared with before treatment,the local tissue inflammation was decreased at 12 weeks follow-up in high-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise group(P<0.05).Local tissue inflammation and high-energy laser treatment before and 12 weeks follow-up.The effect is positively related to functional recovery.4 Conclusion:4.1 The three treatments have improved the pain and function of the lateral epicondylitis;4.2 High-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise can effectively improve the pain,function and total thickness of the extensor muscle of the external iliac crestitis;4.3 High-energy laser combined with eccentric exercise can improve local tissue inflammation.
