The brain is a vital part of the individual and the core of the human nervous system.With the advancement of society,research on brain science is constantly advancing,and EEG analysis software is constantly being updated.EEG signals can record brain neuron activity and contain a large amount of physiological information.The research on computers has played an important role in the research of human beings in cognitive science,neuroscience,psychophysiology and even medical fields.In 2016,the research of brain science was formally included in China's “13th FiveYear Plan”.The research on EEG signals has also been valued by more and more scientists,and some remarkable results have been achieved.In the process of further understanding the brain,developing the brain,and utilizing the brain,the exact analysis of the EEG data is very important,but the current EEG analysis software lacks certain completeness in data analysis and needs more improvement..In view of some problems existing in the current EEG analysis system,the development of the 64-lead EEG signal analysis system is completed based on the Matlab platform,which has achieved good results and greatly reduced the software development cost.Firstly,based on the 64-lead original EEG signals collected by our laboratory,combined with all the current excellent EEG analysis and processing algorithms and related technologies,the system function requirements and feasibility are analyzed,mainly from the system operation.Speed,module functions,personalized interface and other aspects were analyzed.Secondly,the overall design of the system was carried out,and the overall functional framework of the system was constructed.The function of each module is designed in detail.The function modules are mainly divided into file module,preprocessing module,data processing module,statistics module and help module.The file module introduces the collected 64-lead data into the system,taking into account the different EEG data formats collected by different acquisition devices,improving the system,realizing the import and display of various EEG signals,and also responsible for displaying Adjustment of the area,cleanup of the work area,and shutdown of the system.The pre-processing module first processes the bad guide data by means of culling or repair,and then uses the average reference or the separate reference method to find the reference electrode for reference conversion,and then filters out the noise through the filter,and finally uses the method of independent component analysis to measure the ocular power and the muscle.The electric artifacts are removed to obtain a pure EEG signal,which provides a guarantee for the accuracy of the subsequent analysis and processing results.The data processing module performs timefrequency domain analysis and spatial analysis on the cleaned EEG data obtained after preprocessing.The main methods include power spectrum analysis,wavelet analysis,principal component analysis and independent component analysis.The statistical module is responsible for batch processing a large amount of EEG data and solving the dichotomy problem of some data,saving time and effort for the separate sequential operation of EEG data processing,and providing convenience for users to observe and analyze data.The final help module provides a manual for the system and provides a good solution to problems that users may encounter while using the system.Finally,based on the Matlab platform for system implementation,and combined with C language programming,modularizing each part of the function,each module is an M file,each menu and control has its own M file,each menu and control contains Many M functions,controls,and functions corresponding to the menus are placed in the corresponding M functions.Finally,there is a main file that packages all the function module files together to generate the final system.
