With the progress of the times and the improvement of people's living standards,people's environment is also changing.Among the common environmental parameters,air pressure,temperature and their changes will have an important impact on human physiology and psychology.Therefore,the relationship between environment and human health has become one of the key areas of modern people's attention.However,at present,most of the research on the correlation between environmental factors and physiological signals is based on macro-data,but the process of dynamic changes of vital signs caused by environmental changes is still unknoxwn.In order to study the dynamic process of vital signs change as the environment changes,this thesis designs an integrated acquisition system of environmental parameters and human physiological signals.The system can simultaneously collect environmental parameters such as temperature and pressure,and physiological parameters such as ECG and oxygen saturation.By processing environmental parameters and physiological parameters simultaneously,it can reveal the changes of temperature and pressure,ECG and oxygen saturation.The relationship between the changes of physiological signals under temperature and atmospheric pressure plays an important role in disease prevention,health care and effective protection of special work.The main research contents of this thesis include:(1)This thesis designs an integrated acqiuisition system of environmental and physiological parameters.The system consists of multi-environmental parameters acquisition terminal,multi-physiological signal acquisition terminal,power module,network server and application software.The multi-environmental parameter acquisition terminal can collect temperature and atmospheric pressure with accuracy of 0.5? and lmbar and power consumption of 2.7mW.The multi-physiological signal acquisition terminal can collect ECG and oxygen saturation.,which meets the YY0885 and YY0505 standards.(2)In order to explore the change characteristics of physiological signals in the complex environment of low temperature and low pressure,the system preprocesses the collected ECG signals based on wavelet algorithm,extracts R-wave and calculates heart rate,extracts the characteristic parameters of heart rate variability from time domain,frequency domain and Poincare scatter plot analysis respectively,and jointly analyses sympathetic nerve and heart rate based on the calculation results of fingertip oxygen saturation.Changes of vagal nerve activity during the test.(3)This thesis desigIns and implements an experiment to detect physiological signals of tlhree people in low temperature and low pressure environment.The integrated acquisition system runs steadily and data is reliable during the whole experiment by simulating the environment at-10 C and 3650 m altitude in the environment simulation chamber.The experimental results show that the sympathetic nerve,vagal nerve and oxygen saturation of human body change under room temperature and normal pressure and low temperature and low pressure before entering the cabin.The use of the system and the analysis of the experimental results provide a powerful tool for relevant research and a reference basis for preliminary experiments.
